Came to this place to eat the famous Sardinian suckling pig 🐷, as this place was recommended. The taste was good, but the portion size was so small that I had to complain which I never do. It was 2 small pieces, mostly bone. Realizing this, they brought me another piece, which was a bit more decent, but still mostly bone. Had to have another dinner that night

Snails served two ways: 1) in a cheese and tomato sauce – the sauce was bland, simply a poorly spiced passata, lacking much salt, and the Parmesan didn't help. 2) tiny snails baked in salt – an interesting culinary experience, definitely a plus. Culurgiones – dumplings stuffed with potatoes, Pecorino Sardo sheep's cheese, and mint, with tuna tartare – good, but this could have been a special dish based on the ingredients. The tartare was strange – it didn't look like tartare; the meat was very dark. Roasted milk suckling pig with potatoes. The potatoes were so burnt they should never have left the kitchen, and they were over-salted. The suckling pig – a token amount of meat; a large amount of burnt skin (and I like pork rinds). The service was better than the kitchen.

Very nice find at the center of Alghero. We had the starters with 5 seafood and it exceeded our expectations because they come in the form of tapas/mezes. Including tuna, bacalao, pulpa etc. All very fresh with proper saucing :).
Then for main dish we had fregola and culurgiones, both typical to Sardinia and both very tasty. And my favourite desert “seada” was done very well with a good amount of cheese inside. Reminds me of kunefe, as it is a fried dough with cheese inside, topped with honey.
The service was nice and the owners are very kind. We recommend here for local food ✨

My experience wasn't good. Very expensive, the food was frankly subpar and the portions were small. A clear imbalance between price and quality. The service was good and the presentation was nice.
