I called with the intention of booking a table for two. A young woman answered, very professionally, and said, "Trattoria Corte Capelli, good evening!" Well, it's a trattoria. When I asked for a table for lunch the next day, after a quick mental calculation, she humbly stated that she wasn't available.
What can I say? Few words, many facts, keep it up!
