Very warm, attentive, and friendly staff, excellent food. The pictures don't even begin to capture the exquisitely prepared dishes. It was simply divine. Super-fresh moule, vongole with linguine, and a fish platter from the lake. 😋 Simply perfect.

The two of us were there yesterday. Everything was wonderful, from the service to the food (fantastic). Sitting inside in hot weather isn't bad at all! We'd love to come back!

Reservations must be made well in advance, and they're only valid for two hours. This means that if you take your time to enjoy the starter and dessert, you won't have time for dessert. It's very cramped and, unfortunately, completely dominated by tourists.

abbiamo provato due primi di pasta fatta in casa: panzerotti e tortelli. La pasta non è all’uovo e risulta spessa, il ripieno è nella media. le quantità non sono abbondanti e la qualità nel complesso discreta, il prezzo non è competitivo: due primi, un’acqua gasata e un caffè offerto 40,50 €. In compenso il servizio è buono e veloce, il personale molto gentile. Ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento.

Le restaurant n’est pas grand mais les plats sont assez bons, tant le filet de sandre aux amandes au four avec légumes à 23€ que les tortellini au ragoût de pintade (bolognese) à 17€. L’accueil et le service sont agréables et on vous offre un verre de mousseux au début du repas et un autre de limoncello à la fin. Excellent choix de vin au verre de qualité ou au quart / demi litre à prix raisonnable. Bonne adresse considérée comme la meilleure à Cannobio!!!

13/10/2025: A delightful lakeside restaurant offering both freshwater fish and a variety of vegan options. It's hard to find a restaurant on this island that isn't a tourist trap, and this was a wonderful discovery! Reservations are required, well in advance.
08/10/2025: Standing on that terrace overlooking Lake Maggiore feels like you're on the bow of a ship. Few dishes, as befits an osteria, but all well-prepared and made with quality ingredients.

15/11/2025: The attention paid to celiacs is truly admirable; almost the entire menu is available gluten-free, and the quality is truly excellent. The mixed fried fish is light and crispy, accompanied by unique and tasty sauces. Generous portions, with several interesting off-menu options also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Very friendly and helpful staff, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Fair prices! A great find, we'll definitely be back!
