Trattoria Ca'Longa In Reggio nell'emilia

Went yesterday for the first time, some work colleagues brought me for the company lunch. I must say that the place is beautiful (Reggiani hills) and there is a lot of space. At the entrance to the restaurant, both inside and outside, there are dedicated areas for smoking, or taking a break from the table for a chat. Inside the tables are very spacious and there is enough privacy between one table and another. The food was very good with quality ingredients. We started with an appetizer of tigelle, gnocco, cured meats and cheeses, generous portions, so we were all satisfied with all the courses. The two best dishes I ate were the sausage and cream gramigna and the fried lamb ribs, really good 😋 first time I ate them. The price paid was a little higher than average (€64) because we drank some sparkling wine at the beginning and then some wine, both of which were good. The table service was up to the rest, very precise. I will definitely return.

Nothing special and not cheap either

Good food, young and focused staff. Before and after we played table football (€1 per game) and had fun.

The restaurant, isolated from the city, is located in a quiet and relaxed suburb away from the road, on two floors of a pleasant building recovered for the purpose with internal parking. The dining room staff is kind and available to explain the dishes despite the amount of work being considerable and the price in general is adequate for the quality of the raw materials with which the traditional Emilian dishes are served (apart from the water and the cover charge which in our opinion they cost an euro too much). The evening was pleasant even in the presence of various birthday parties: highly recommended!

Trattoria with typical dishes, spacious and clean. Attentive staff. The food is good and plentiful. Worth a try to spend a nice evening in company.

It was the first time I've been to this tavern, and starting from the first courses, to the super fried mushrooms, to the tigelle, it's all very good, the place is elegant, the prices are good, the staff is very kind.

Ottima serata all'aperto! Giardino super curato con anche i giochi per i bambini. Personale estremamente cordiale e celere. Mangiato molto bene cappelletti e gnocco con salumi e formaggi super ( preso un semplice risotto al pomodoro per mio figlio penso uno dei migliori che abbia mai provato!!). Prezzo più che giusto! Consigliato!

Qualità cibo buona,una pecca e sto che volevano farci pagare una quota fissa di 15€ per un bambino che nemmeno a cenato il consiglio e di togliere questa abitudine in quanto può essere negativa al ristorante a riguardo con famiglie avente dei bimbi.grazie
