Excellent restaurant, accessible by tram 4, Cascina California stop. I come here often now because it feels like home. I recommend the pasta e fagioli (pasta and beans), for me the best. The professionalism of the waiter Gabriele and the politeness of Stefano are rare nowadays.

Cascina California is a place where time seems to have stood still. A simple, authentic, almost old-fashioned atmosphere, with a warmth that's increasingly rare these days. The prices are excellent and make the experience even more enjoyable. A sincere place, worth trying.

First time. The entrance was very sterile, like a dining area in a healthcare facility. The staff was kind and omnipresent. The dining area had tables and chairs perfectly spaced, perfectly spaced. 10/02/2026: Discovered a new lunch spot! Friendly waitress and a cute, well-kept place. Full menu for €13, including a first course, second course, and side dish. Not only was the quantity good, but the quality was also excellent, and the mashed potatoes were real, not from a bag! The gorgonzola gnocchi were spectacular, and the veal cutlet was tender and had a delicious sauce. Last but not least, we also tried the tiramisu—a little too much coffee for my taste, but still very good! We'll definitely be back!

12/02/2026: I discovered this place by chance. I went for lunch with a friend of mine. We had mixed fried fish and mixed grilled fish. Very good. Fast service.
