Monday evening, it was raining heavily, and few restaurants were open… but we still managed to find this restaurant and had dinner there! The food was very good and sophisticated (we had the octopus spaghetti bolognese!), and the prices were reasonable. We wanted to order two glasses of wine: they offered us something other than Nero d’Avola (which was a nice touch). It's a shame that two desserts were unavailable (but the ones we did try were very good). A funny little story: Once we went outside… a car drove by and splashed us! The manager (who must have heard our cries after getting wet…) quickly went out to check if we were alright. In short, a great place! I highly recommend it!

Good fish, cooked and raw, but truly delicious, accompanied by wine from their cellar... then you have to go. I won't take photos. It's rude to use your cell phone at the table...

A restaurant serving traditional Italian cuisine. Tables are elegantly set. Efficient service. The food is delicious and well-presented. There's a large selection of expensive brand-name wines. No casa wine. The wine is expensive—a glass costs 7 euros, a bottle about 20 euros. We had risotto with mussels, spaghetti with shrimp, and grilled calamari. This isn't a cheap place.

The wine was good, the macaroni was good, but the spaghetti with clams was just not up to par. Sand in your mouth from the first bite to the last.

Great spot by the sea. The seafood is very fresh and delicious. The menu has many typical Sicilian specialties. The food is excellent. The service is top-notch. Everything was good and delicious.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and the experience was truly enjoyable. The setting is enchanting: just steps from the sea, with a typically southern Sicilian atmosphere, warm and authentic, which makes the meal even more special. The dishes were well-prepared, beautifully presented, and flavors reflecting local tradition. The only downside is the price, slightly above average, but still in line with the quality of the food and the beauty of the location.

02/03/2025: Co - propietario (con Chef) es un sumiller extremadamente bien informado y un anfitrión cortés, atendiendo personalmente a sus invitados. Fluido en Alemán & Inglés.
15/02/2025: Arrivati a Siracusa dopo 13 e 30, avendoci offerto in hotel un prosecco di Benvenuto ci si apre una voragine nello stomaco. Chiediamo consiglio alla receptionist su dove pranzare e ci dice che in zona c'è tutto chiuso..mandandomi nel pallone..dunque inzio a cercare su tripadvisor ed in preda alla fame chiamo il primo ristorante che mi è apparso, ovvero l ufficio. Nonostante fosse orario di chiusura cucina il titolare ci ha riservato un tavolo. Guardando il menù rimango colpita dai prezzi oltremodo alti non giustificati da nulla, perché ho trovato le materie prime di qualità normalissima, nessuna particolare maestria nella preparazione del piatto, nessuna esaltazione di sapore, né chissà quale particolare impiattamento, o ambiente di charme, insomma tutto nella norma. L'ambiente è abbastanza sterile, senza alcuno stile prevalente, poco accogliente e freddo (in tutti i sensi),però il titolare è una persona gradevole e discreta, attento alle richieste del cliente ed ogni tanto sscambia qualche parole pur rimanendo al suo posto. Ci hanno portato come entreè una polpettina di carciofi, buona, ci è stato consigliato un tramezzino da dividere a metà con il gambero bianco, arrivato "sotterrato" da cipolla julienne croccante (senza infamia e senza lode) che ai fini della digestione è stata tutt'altro che light. Abbiamo preso 2 primi, mezzi paccheri con sugo salsiccia e ricotta e linguine rosse con baccalà olive su fonduta di aglio (se non erro). I mezzi paccheri (vedi foto) poveri di condimento e stranamente la parte superiore era calda,mentre la pasta che stava sotto era fredda(da subito) e asciutta priva totalmente di condimento e questa cosa mi ha fatto dubitare sulla freschezza del prodotto. Mai successa una cosa del genere. In totale 145 euro per mezzo tramezzino a testa, 2 primi di cui uno di carne, 1 acqua (4 euro) e un calice di vino,lo ritengo letteralmente un furto. Mi spiace ma la cifra non è giustificata da nulla nemmeno dalla posizione.Capisco la crisi, ma prendere i clienti per il collo, anche no..

15/03/2026: A spacious, welcoming restaurant on the Pyrgi seafront, practically on the beach, run by a friendly young couple. We drank a good, crisp white wine (Passerina Tratturo). The first course (scialatiello with clams and bottarga) was excellent, while the second course featured oysters and tasty grilled salmon. Sautéed chicory, and for dessert, a delicious enchanted apple and tiramisu. Service provided by efficient and courteous staff. The price was fair and average, and we'll definitely return.
01/11/2025: For me, it's excellent and always a guarantee! From the menu, I particularly recommend the fried anchovies, the marinated ones, and the first course of the day with lobster, which is also generous in portions! A good wine cellar with a variety of labels and prices for every budget. I've had to book last minute or cancel due to serious issues, and the owners have always been incredibly kind. ❤️
