I had one of the most beautiful culinary experiences here. The waiters are extremely professional, super presentable, very attentive to details and communicative, they instantly change your mood to a good one. The food is delicious (whatever you order from the menu) and is authentically Sicilian from the freshest ingredients. They also have a rich collection of wines, both Sicilian and international, and the staff can guide you for the right pairing. It is an authentic trattoria, as it should be, and the welcome was exceptional.

Excellent staff. The wine cellar is equally excellent... and the food is equally excellent. A 5-star venue. Friendly, serene. Perfect for couples, families, and groups. But with elegance. Dim lighting, and a menu with daily, high-quality new dishes. I chose the pasta with grouper ragù, breadcrumbs, raisins, and capers, and a simple grilled swordfish with a nice glass of Lucido. Well-cooked dishes and generous portions. Not to be missed, even if it doesn't have a sea view.

I haven't eaten at Caico in a while, and it was bad, I must say. I went there a couple of days ago and had a wonderful meal. I haven't had such good fish in a while. Everything was exceptional, excellent service. We didn't have to wait long for our dishes, and the waiters gave us excellent advice. While everything was truly delicious, I have to mention the busiate pasta dish, which was truly sublime. It was off the menu and only available that day, and it was truly delicious. The price is fair, the quality is high, and I absolutely recommend it!

It was our last dinner in Sicily and it was well worth it!

The food tasted good, but the portions were quite small. The fish content in the pasta, in particular, was rather low for the price. Unfortunately, the service also left much to be desired – the staff were unattentive and not particularly friendly.

Nice ambiance, and there's free parking within a few minutes' walk.
Service is friendly and quick.
The food is a bit more expensive and the portions are comparatively smaller. Nevertheless, it was very tasty.

Scegliamo la Trattoria Caico da sempre per importanti ricorrenze ma anche per il piacere di gustare le loro prelibatezze con familiari e amici. Cibo raffinato e di grande qualità, pesce freschissimo, dessert deliziosi e un'atmosfera accogliente, un’infinita selezione di vini, liquori, spumanti sapientemente consigliati in abbinamento ad ogni piatto. Consiglio questo ristorante perché si mangia davvero bene!

Su consiglio dei ragazzi del FAI ai giardini Kolymbetra veniamo indirizzato a questo ristorante sul mare che altrimenti non avremmo mai scoperto.
Pranzo veloce uan caponata ed una parmigiana di melanzane e due ottimi secondi involtini alla siciliana e baccalà.
Decisamente una bella scoperta e dimenticavo... uno scorso del 10% per i clienti FAI.
