Excellent lunch at Osteria del Borgo – Salsamenteria!
Delicious tortellini, fresh pasta, and a flavorful filling. The braised beef with beans was truly exceptional: tender and flavorful meat, generous portions, and carefully prepared dishes.
A welcoming place, friendly staff, and a true osteria atmosphere. Highly recommended if you're in Pavia and want to eat well.

A cozy and delightful little place, a true osteria like it used to be, with wine to drink in a bowl and very good food. The menu of the day is reasonably priced, served without too much attention to the dish, which leaves you completely satisfied as soon as you taste it.
Welcoming and delicious, in a strategic location in Borgo Ticino, well connected to the famous Pavia bridge. Definitely worth a visit!

I took my mom out for her birthday, our first time here and definitely worth a visit!
We were greeted by two very knowledgeable and welcoming waitresses, the food was excellent, the prices were reasonable (we shared an appetizer, a first course, a second course, two desserts, a Coke, and a water), and the atmosphere was family-friendly. I highly recommend it ❤️

Finally, an osteria in name and in fact! Very friendly and welcoming staff, limited menu options, but all excellent! I loved the brick interior with its numerous historic photographs of Pavia. It would be a shame not to try this gem.

A must if you are in Pavia. The homemade food from local farmers is great. The service is perfect and the location is beautiful. Thanks for the delicious and friendly dinner. We will comeback.
