Che dire di questa deliziosa trattoria in centro a Pontedera se non che è già fra le mie preferite pietre miliari della cucina toscana. Meta davvero irrinunciabile del mangiar toscano, questa trattoria genuinamente vecchio stampo è un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Lo è a partire dal servizio gentilissimo e professionale, oasi di tranquillità e buon gusto dove potrete deliziarvi con piatti freschissimi della tradizione, sapientemente cucinati al momento e pronti a farvi impazzire di gusto (palati più esigenti compresi che si volessero avventurare nella cucina toscana sia di terra che di mare). Gli antipasti sempre gustosissimi e fragranti, i primi della tradizione veramente irrinunciabili (vari formati di pasta condita con ottimi sughi e con attenzione ai fiori menù che seguono la stagione, come il ragù e i pioppini) fino agli abbondanti secondi a base di carne buonissima (varie carni come ad esempio lo storico cinghiale in umido) ma anche pesce (baccalà tipico), tutte veramente portate buonissime (persino i contorni di vario tipo), i dolci tradizionali (una squisita torta di mele e banane ma non da meno i dolci al cucchiaio ecc ecc), il tutto accompagnato da buoni vini della casa. Impossibile non essere qui accontentati in tutt' e per tutto, cenando in definitiva in una delle più genuine trattorie dei dintorni di Pisa e provincia (tra l'altro raggiungibilissima da ogni zona della Toscana data la posizione più che strategica di Pontedera): Trattoria Buti è sicuramente uno fra qui ristoranti del cuore che valgono davvero il viaggio e nei quali non si vede l'ora di tornare al più presto. Consiglio di prenotare con un po' di anticipo: dato l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e dato il fatto che il ristorante è veramente ambito per le più versatili occasioni (da cene romantiche a cene fra amici - infatti sono bravissimi anche a gestire gruppi), meritano sentitamente i più gentili complimenti dato che per me questa trattoria è un vero e proprio "tempio della cucina toscana" fedele alle più tradizionali ricette di terra e alcune scelte di mare rispettando i suoi principi più squisiti e veraci i. Bravissimi tutti, grazie ancora di cuore, ancora complimenti e...a presto dato che non vedo l'ora di tornare!

A truly unmissable destination for Tuscan food, this genuinely old-fashioned trattoria is a little corner of paradise. It is starting from the very kind and professional service, an oasis of tranquility and good taste where you can delight yourself with very fresh traditional dishes, expertly cooked on the spot and ready to make you go crazy with taste (including the most demanding palates who want to venture into Tuscan cuisine of both land and sea). The starters are always very tasty and fragrant, the traditional first courses are truly indispensable (various shapes of pasta seasoned with excellent sauces and with attention to the menu flowers that follow the season, such as ragù and pioppini) up to the abundant second courses based on very good meat (various meats such as the historic stewed wild boar) but also fish (typical cod), all truly delicious dishes (even the various types of side dishes), the traditional desserts (an exquisite cake of apples and bananas but not least the spoon desserts etc etc), all accompanied by good house wines. It's impossible not to be completely satisfied here, ultimately dining in one of the most genuine trattorias in the surroundings of Pisa and the province (among other things, very accessible from every area of ​​Tuscany given the more than strategic position of Pontedera): Trattoria Buti is certainly one of the favorite restaurants that are truly worth the trip and to which you can't wait to return as soon as possible. I recommend booking a little in advance: given the excellent quality-price ratio and given the fact that the restaurant is truly coveted for the most versatile occasions (from romantic dinners to dinners with friends - in fact they are also very good at managing groups), they heartily deserve the kindest compliments given that for me this trattoria is a real "temple of Tuscan cuisine" faithful to the most traditional land recipes and some seafood choices respecting its most exquisite and true principles. Tipica Trattoria toscana, senza troppi fronzoli. Menù stampato ma con appendice del giorno scritto a mano su carta avana. Buona la cantina. Piatti di qualità, dolci ottimi. tutto nella norma di un posto dove vuoi mangiare sano e veloce. Prezzi ottimi, ho speso 34 euro a testa, con primo, secondo e dolce e mezzo litro di vino della casa. Vale la pena di tornarci.
