The name says it all... trattoria feels like eating at grandma's house, I really liked it... friendly hospitality and service.

Trattoria known and respected for years. If you pass through Pontedera, a must. Incredible value for money....wonderful. A family condition like in the most beautiful Italian stories. Quality food, simple and hospitable environment, dishes that respect the territory. True ambassadors of taste when it comes to Tuscan cuisine. The cuttlefish with chard that I tasted were a real pleasure, not to mention the fresh porcini mushrooms. The menu is varied, with delicious first and second courses, meat and fish. In the kitchen the mother is a nice girl who has been cooking since she was a child, in the kitchen there is husband and son...a wonderful family and excellent results. The prices are unbelievable!!!

The only place in Pontedera where you can eat the old fashioned way, just like the grandmothers cooked. The fried chops in sauce and the stuffed courgettes are highly recommended, the cuttlefish with chard and the tagliolini with red mullet are also excellent. We will definitely return to taste the other specialities. Congratulations indeed, I have savored the tastes of when I was a child.

What an amazing find! We ate here 3 times during our recent stay in Pontedera and each time was perfect. The atmosphere is great and really authentic, the service is excellent and the food beautifully cooked. Highly recommend!

Cercavo una trattoria semplice, dove mangiare un buon piatto locale e l’ho trovata. Il personale è gentile e simpatico. D’estate il locale è decisamente un po’ caldino perché l’aria condizionata non è efficiente in quanto la porta del locale è enorme e viene tenuta sempre aperta.
