Our family had an unforgettable experience at this gelato-making class! The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable—not only about the history of gelato but also the science and chemistry behind it. He has taught all over the world and even collaborates with Michelin-star chefs, yet makes the class fun, engaging, and easy to follow for everyone. We all had such a great time, and we left not only with delicious gelato but also with the confidence to make it ourselves. In fact, we loved it so much that we bought a gelato machine and now make our own at home in Dallas. Highly recommend this experience for families, food lovers, or anyone curious about authentic gelato.

Best pistachio ice cream ever ! Lots of chunks throughout and generous portions. Super. They have also other flavours. We tasted black sesame, was yummy !

The gelato was good, and they mentioned special flavors like black sesame, but not good enough to deserve the award, which only two gelato shops in Florence have (three cones for 2025). So it raises questions about what the award was based on. Overall, it was good.

Siamo stati un sabato sera per cena, carne molto buona, servizio cortese e disponibile. Alto solo il prezzo del vino, un bicchiere di chianti 7 euro, una coca cola 4 euro. Ma la carne e buonissima, ed 1,2 kg di fiorentina 2 contorni sono sufficienti per 2 persone. In carrozzina, troverete un gradino all'ingresso, ma il bagno si trova al piano superiore.
