Bondi's Gelato is perhaps my favorite gelato place in Florence.
Well said, you don't go there for the warm welcome, but solely for the gelato.
I really like his Florentine cream.
And I can't help but say a few words about this show, Il gelato perfetto with Vetulio Bondi, whose new season I eagerly await.

Once in a lifetime experience with Tulio Bondi making sorbetto and gelato. Both were so delicious. The fior de latte gelato was to die for. An incredible experience that all of us, esp my toddler, enjoyed very much. Thank you Tulio!

We went based on the reviews. It's a downtown location, a bit dated. The ice cream was good, but I expected better. Still, it was good ice cream.

Our family had an unforgettable experience at this gelato-making class! The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable—not only about the history of gelato but also the science and chemistry behind it. He has taught all over the world and even collaborates with Michelin-star chefs, yet makes the class fun, engaging, and easy to follow for everyone. We all had such a great time, and we left not only with delicious gelato but also with the confidence to make it ourselves. In fact, we loved it so much that we bought a gelato machine and now make our own at home in Dallas. Highly recommend this experience for families, food lovers, or anyone curious about authentic gelato.

Best pistachio ice cream ever ! Lots of chunks throughout and generous portions. Super. They have also other flavours. We tasted black sesame, was yummy !
