Incredible meal from start to finish! The panella, croquettes, and broccoli fritta were the perfect starters, followed by octopus and calamari to die for. Couldn’t choose between pasta with clams or bolognese, so we had both — and each was amazing. The BEST hospitality and service we’ve had on holiday. Absolute must-visit!

The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. I didn’t speak enough Italian but they spoke enough English. 😂 A superb meal. Fresh pasta. Definitely would recommend!

One of the best restaurants and places I visited in Palermo. Trattoria Biondo is a very nice Sicilian restaurant with a Sicilian vibe and delightful food. That being said don't confuse it with the pizzeria that is around the corner that is always very booked. If I ever visit Palermo again, will absolutely go to this place again. Maybe a small minus would be that the restaurant is quite small, but that adds to the aesthetic. By the way don't be appalled by the neighborhood on the way to the restaurant (especially at night) it's worth it. Molto bene :)!

We asked ChatGPT for a low key non touristy restaurant in Palermo. This neighborhood gem pop up and the owner Biondo was awesome. This place felt like you were invited to a traditional Italian sunder dinner. Everything tasted straight from the farm. Beautiful and sweet vegetables plus the pasta was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately we order too many apps and sides. We couldn’t finish our dinner but 100% recommendations! If I ever come back to Palermo, I would visit Biondo again.

30/10/2025: We happen across this fab restaurant. Took a note and came back the following day. It was just what we hoped, an authentic Sicilian experience, delicious food, lovely staff and good wine too! The mixed platter as a starter was excellent! Highly recommend!

16/11/2025: The food is excellent. I recommend everything, but especially the desserts. The service is fast, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.
12/11/2025: Very good food served with pride by a professional and hard working staff. The menu changes every day and has something for every taste, and very good portions at reasonable prices. The outdoor seating is perfectly nice, but with the plastic weather protection and being on an unglamorous street, it just didn't earn that 5th Star for Atmosphere.
