Sicilian restaurant. Refined environment. Value for money: excellent.
We chose: bucatini with Palermo-style sardines (passolina and pine nuts): excellent! Asparagus risotto with prawn tartare: delicious! Sicilian cassata: super! Sicilian strudel with whole almonds and cinnamon served with scoops of vanilla ice cream: delicious!
Congratulations to the owner and all the staff. We will definitely return.

Great experience at Biondo Pizzeria! You got to ask beforehand for the pizzeria because the pizzeria and the restaurant are two different places. Pizzas were huge, we ordered Nuvoletta and Profumo di Funghi (pizza with truffle): in fact, surprisingly, besides the size they were really light, as they are not very thick. A light and tasty pizza! Also the service is great. And the atmosphere is normal overall.
We paid 20 euros each: in my opinion the price is quite right with respect to the overall quality of the place.

Cozy place in the center of Palermo. Impeccable service. The starters and first courses were excellent, especially the linguine with bottarga, which were also plentiful. I recommend it to enjoy the special Palermo cuisine.

At least as far as the restaurant part is concerned, we didn't have a good time at all, endless waiting times (even just to get the menus), a well-kept and characteristic environment, good food but nothing special...the only restaurant we went to and for coming last were the children's dishes; to appreciate instead are the breadsticks, bread and croissants that are brought to the table included in the cover charge

Traveling with the managers of the KEIT clinic, we got off the cruise, stopping in Palermo and after a tour of the city we stopped in this small restaurant with excellent food and hospitality. A small environment, very nice and fresh inside. Very satisfied.

No es una experiencia culinaria perfecta, yo le daría un repaso medio de la carretera. Pedimos lubina y cogimos pez espada. Las almejas estaban demasiado cocidas y la caponata no estaba mal. El servicio fue bastante bueno. Palermo es el hogar de una cocina exquisita. No es difícil aventurarse en los buenos en un día dado.
