Like an oasis in the desert, Trattoria Belvedere appears in the hills of Verona. This popular trattoria, with its informal and traditional atmosphere, takes you back in time, serving local cuisine rooted in ancient and traditional dishes. The result is simple yet exquisite dishes, served in a simple and frugal atmosphere. The service is provided by talented young people.

An old-fashioned trattoria, I'd say over the top, but not in terms of price. Simple, good food, old-fashioned atmosphere, and old-fashioned service—perhaps too much so. For how much we ate and how we were served, we spent a bit too much.

Unbeatable especially in summer, for its healthy simplicity, for the time machine it represents. Recommended.
