Kindness and courtesy!!! I ate well, refined dishes that never disappoint!!! The open kitchen was something we appreciated! We had dinner on the lower floor, very intimate and special! Excellent service and good food!

Food below expectations. We found everything a bit "bland", without "personality"... perhaps we chose badly. The pici themselves are good, but the garlic sauce (pure garlic cream and not with tomato as is usually found) has a really strong flavour. Even the pigeon sauce tasteless. Unfortunately we weren't crazy about the chicken either. The potatoes are good though.
Friendly waitresses and good service. The environment is beautiful

Ho cenato in questo ristorante insieme a un gruppo piuttosto numeroso di persone.
Ci è stata destinata l'intera saletta al piano interrato, che crea un'atmosfera davvero piacevole e intima in un contesto che sembra essere d'altri tempi.
Il servizio è efficiente e il personale è gentile e accogliente.
Molto buona la cucina, che riesce a conciliare la tradizione con un tocco di innovazione e originalità.

Siamo clienti abituali del ristorante bel mi colle , devo dire che ogni volta e’ sempre una sensazione nuova e che suscita sempre molta curiosità nell’assaggiare le prelibatezze che lo chef sa’ offrire ! Diciamo che non ci si annoia mai ! Discreta anche la scelta dei vini ! Che dire continuate cosi !

Sunday lunch for 4 people.
Typical local mixed appetizers and “gourmet” Chianina tortelli, very well prepared and tasty.
Very good house wine.
Bill 29 euros per person.
I recommend it and will definitely return!

A beautiful discovery!
A nice and welcoming place, a simplicity with attention to the smallest details welcomes you like and sometimes better than at home. The service is attentive, professional and unobtrusive. The menu then features traditional dishes and extremely innovative dishes, all well executed, described and with well-defined flavours. The presentation is accurate. You can perfectly perceive the great culinary culture and the "loving" preparation of the dishes. Prices more than honest.
