We had dinner at this restaurant and can't say enough about it! The atmosphere is truly enchanting, perfect for a romantic evening or a special dinner. The real surprise, however, was the food: Gabriele in the kitchen manages to transform traditional dishes into true magic, with an innovative touch that makes them unique and irresistible. Each dish is a discovery, tasty and refined, but without ever losing the authenticity of classic recipes. A special thanks also to Roberta, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel at home. Highly recommended for those seeking a quality gastronomic experience in a welcoming and refined environment. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly staff, traditional food and delicious wines

Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the main course and dessert. The service was attentive and precise, friendly, and attentive, yet not intrusive. The location was very nice, with the two rooms downstairs having a truly intimate atmosphere. Excellent wine selection. We had a wonderful time, and will be back. Thank you.

This is our second time here, and it didn't disappoint. We came on vacation and were satisfied. They even have dog bowls, and we, who were with our furry friends, appreciated it. You guys are fantastic.

We went for lunch and we had one of our best meals in Toscana in this gem of a trattoria. The food was delicious, the wine pairing was top notch and the service was very friendly. Go in, sit down, be curious when reading the menu, and you won't regret it.

The slow-cooked egg is simply a masterpiece, a work of art that alone is worth the trip. And the other dishes are no exception, passion and love in every bite.

We went for dinner and then lunch the next day because it was excellent, everything was sublime. The food was truly excellent, prepared with extreme care, an explosion of flavors on the palate from appetizers to desserts. The service was impeccable, very kind and knowledgeable. On our way to the holiday destination, we decided to stop in Colle di Val d'Elsa, a place we know. After a few phone calls, we found a place at this restaurant, which I must say was a pleasant surprise. A typical Tuscan restaurant, well-decorated and with a very beautiful atmosphere. A family-run trattoria with a good selection of traditional dishes. We ordered a platter with an assortment of local cured meats and cheeses. I must say that the quality and variety of the cured meats is excellent, as are the cheeses. The homemade giardiniera and quince jam are excellent. After finishing the platter, we continued with tortelli filled with Chianina beef and pici with hunted wood pigeon. The dishes are carefully presented and the quality is excellent. The staff and service are attentive and courteous. The dishes are freshly prepared. Definitely worth returning to try the other specialties. Price is reasonable. I recommend it.
