A very welcoming place, with the option to eat outside. Excellent food, delicious dishes from appetizers to desserts, all prepared with quality ingredients. A place to keep and recommend!

What I liked most was the only available dining room right at the entrance, very intimate and therefore with very few tables, practically one with the kitchen. And I must say, the quality is evident; even the choice of ingredients seems to be in line with the idea of doing things well and authentically. However, in my opinion, the wood pigeon sauce wasn't quite there; it blended too much with the flavor of the very distinctive pasta, made with ancient grains. The tripe was spectacular, and I think the braised pork cheek would have been even better if it had had a more subtle sauce. The price was in line with the quality.

We went to a trattoria for a meal with friends. It was evening, almost nighttime, and it really hit the spot.
There was plenty of space and deliciousness, kindness, and well-recommended options.
We noticed, thoroughly examined, and savored the passion for food.
Perhaps microwaved, or cooked who knows where—we're no culinary experts—but we ate it in large bites.
We don't know who teetotalers are, so the wine was also very good.
The Law of the Belly won in terms of deliciousness, excellent food, wine, and friendliness.

Slow Food Presidium, the kitchen closes at 2pm, the pigeon was really good, traditional cuisine, easy parking 500 meters away.

Incredible food, the menu is extensive, but all the dishes are made properly (oddly enough), with quality ingredients and affordable local wines that rival the more expensive ones on the menu.
An ancient village that makes you dream... €30-40, best spent in the area.
PS: Make sure you're on the right road, otherwise, have a great walk! ⛰️
