Had lunch with colleagues, compliments on the variety and quality but the thing I liked most was the authenticity of the true Val Brembana cuisine! Well done!

Una piccola, ma non piccolissima, trattoria in una frazione di San Giovanni Bianco, a gestione totalmente familiare. Fin dal nostro ingresso siamo stati costantemente seguiti dalla persona che effettua il servizio, sempre attento alle nostre richieste. Devo essere sincero: praticamente tutti i piatti meriterebbero una segnalazione, per cui mi limito a ricordare i casoncelli fatti in casa, senza carne e buonissimi, il fantastico risotto ai porcini, la polenta e lo spezzatino di cervo, nonché un’inconsueta torta alle noci e arancia, dove il sapore di quest’ultima non predomina sull’insieme. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo, infine, è stato semplicemente eccezionale. Davvero un’ottima esperienza, che ripeteremo sicuramente.
