Una comida encantadora en cuanto a la comida, pero un ambiente gélido que deriva de la rapidez, y el personal antipático y una habitación cruda, como una caja. No apreciamos la completa falta de bienvenida, la aguda advertencia de que teníamos un espacio de dos horas y la presencia del personal en fila observando todos nuestros movimientos. ¡Tranquilos, estamos en Italia!

Février 2025, Il faisait très sombre à l'heure du dîner pour ne pas dire déjà noir. Nous passons deux fois devant l'établissement peu éclairé. La porte est d'ailleurs fermée à clef. Sachez en effet qu'il faut sonner pour que l'on vienne ouvrir. Rien ne l'indique !
De son côté, la patronne téléphone afin de savoir si l'on va arriver !!! Alors que l'on est passé deux fois devant l'établissement et que la porte est fermée à clef !
Je le fais observer à l'entrée. La patronne nous indique dans un bon français qu'elle ne parle pas français (tiens donc) et nous délègue une préposée ( charmante, elle !). Si les plats sont très corrects, je trouve peu courtois le comportement de la matrone et ne met donc, pour cette raison, que trois points sur cinq à l'établissement.

Our experience didn’t quite meet expectations. Culinary-wise, the food was well-presented and delicious, but the service left much to be desired. It took 25 minutes just to place our initial order, and every additional request was similarly slow. The service felt chaotic, and unfortunately, we got the impression that our group was not a priority. A bit more attentiveness would have made the experience much better.

One of my favorite places in Bologna, I'm particularly fond of it.
The owner is always very attentive. The husband, who is the chef, is attentive and comes to ask at the table if there are any special requests to try to satisfy them.
High quality of products and raw materials. Young and friendly staff.
Maybe prices a little high but the quality is worth it.
We ate amberjack with red grapes and top hazelnuts and a fish first course with fresh tuna bottarga and pistachios which were amazing.
To finish, some dark chocolates made by them that melted in your mouth, wonderful..

This was an outstanding fine dining experience. Local favorites executed with skill. A very friendly staff and a beautiful dining space. A must try while in Bologna!

Nice place, there are some wonderful ancient beams that are lost in a questionable wooden ceiling together with the floor, they seem like two or three styles or eras in the same place, having removed the note on the place due to deformation, let's talk about the food and the service, excellent tortellini in broth perhaps to let it cook a little more in the broth but I was very hungry, the sliced crust was nothing special, the owner asked me if I wanted another glass, she seemed almost kind but she didn't even serve me 10 cl, I understand that you want to earn money but be careful, if he had given me the right wine as they often do with the second glass I would certainly have had a better opinion. Good work
