Trattoria Barison In Borgoricco

A true trattoria, and that's why it deserves 5 stars. Fast and extremely friendly staff. The server was incredibly fast; we didn't have any waits. The food is high-quality, and you can taste it: I personally loved the lamb... very, very good. There's plenty of parking.

Everything was excellent and delicious. The price was right. We'll definitely be back.

This trattoria was recommended to us. There were just two of us, and we shared a first course, a Florentine steak, two side dishes, a coffee, a bottle of water, and a glass of red wine. We paid €55 each. It was way too much, especially since the meat was flavorless, too dry at the edges, very little fat, and too raw in the center. The staff were very friendly.

The atmosphere is a bit dated, but the food and quality are beyond question; the grilled meat is excellent.

Good food served very well, prices a little high

We ate lunch on a Sunday with friends. Abbianco had an appetizer, thick-cut fries made that day, a good asparagus risotto (dish of the day) recommended by the waiter, grilled sea bream with potatoes, peperonata (a spicy pepper stew), and cooked vegetables, a licorice sorbet, and a coffee. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and unobtrusive. The atmosphere is a bit dated, reminiscent of the 1970s, but otherwise nothing to complain about, with air conditioning. There's ample free parking outside. The prices are reasonable for the dishes served, which in my opinion were very good. Besides the fish, I recommend the grilled meat, which I had on a previous occasion. This place is perfect for an evening with family or for a dinner with friends. The restaurant has three rooms, but I always recommend booking beforehand to avoid waiting.

More than a trattoria, intended as a popular establishment, it is a restaurant in all respects. The quality is certainly above average but so are the prices. For two people, with just one course each plus a side dish, it can easily exceed 50 euros. The artisanal gnocchi and meat are good. The place is larger than it seems from the outside and therefore has a good number of seats. Sufficient parking outside.

Locale che frequento almeno un paio di volte al mese e trovo che le proposte siano all'altezza di una cucina d'eccellenza, in una trattoria che invoglia a tornarci. I tagliolini al sugo di pomodoro sono quanto di meglio possa aver assaggiato in tanti anni di trasferte culinarie. Il galletto è sempre morbido, gli ossibuchi di grande effetto per un sugo d'accompagnamento squisito, la costata di grande pregio, prediligo il contorno di carciofi ad altro. Adeguato il rapporto qualità prezzo.

il top delle trattorie venete..si mangia divinamente..dagli antipasti ai primi e i secondi abbondanti con misto verdure..folci al carrello e correzione..si paga il giusto..ma c e’ una cosa fondamentale da dire…tanta gentilezza e professionalita’ …grande barison
