09/02/2025: We approached on a gloomy winter Sunday. The prices on the menu immediately made the sun's rays filter through the clouds. When the first courses arrived, the scent of the dishes reminded us of spring blossoms. But it was with the second courses that the spring heat transformed into the fullness of summer. The dessert, like autumn takes away the colors, dissolved all our doubts, a restaurant recommended 12 months a year.
