Trattoria Bar Cavalleri In Zanica

We were passing through. Family run place. Nice and surprising to find sweet and appetizers/vegetable buffets. We all ordered just one course. It's very very loud, everyone shouting, but otherwise perfect for a simple place with good food.

Was in the area for work and needed someplace close for lunch. Food was great and the staff was very friendly. If you do not speak Italian I suggest having a translation app ready to assist if you have anything other than basic questions.

We had a great lunch, a lasagna that was so good never eaten before, lunch for 4 and paid little, never happened anywhere

I was so starving after the work and I stayed a place without too many choices for food. So I googled this restaurant and drive there. What happened next just made my day so memorable. It was obviously not a dinner serving time when I walked in this lovely and amazing small family restaurant. Even I don’t speak their language, the owner and lady are so patient, kind and lovely to explain to me. and they insist to serve me with simple but delicious food even it was my mistake about the time. I got some delicious potato snack as a treat, very simple but delicious macaroni, I love the Tiramisu. I hope one day I can come back at the right time to have some more Bergamo food. Everything is just nice, kind, and perfect. The people here are full of good human heart. I love this place and I wanna say thank u to the owner and staffs and I really appreciate this encounter.

Home cooking, friendly environment and good value for money. Generous portions! Definitely recommended.
