Trattoria Bar Bibo In Firenzuola

An incredible discovery, recommended to all lovers of good food. We arrived by motorbike from Milan and were really hungry, so we pounced on the dishes without photographing them. I'm sorry I can't show them, but pixels are inedible anyway. However, the potato ravioli with white ragù are and are incredibly good. The aromas of the herbs and the scent of the wine enhance the superb meat, which pairs perfectly with the ravioli. Then we had a fillet with potatoes, cooked to perfection, the meat was also amazing, with a rounded, almost buttery flavor, truly incredible. We finished with the tarts for dessert. I may be repetitive, but these were also fabulous. The final treat is the coffee made with a moka pot, which I love because I find it richer in flavor than an espresso. However, you can also choose an espresso. A beautiful and welcoming place, the staff are courteous and professional, certainly people who care deeply about what they do. The products are all carefully selected, from the water to the flour used, to the meat. It's a place I highly recommend and I hope to return soon.

I stopped by alone for a break after a long motorcycle ride. The atmosphere is beautiful, elegant, and well-kept, the staff are friendly, and the food is exceptional! I highly recommend it.

First time at this restaurant and I must say it was a great experience. The place is very beautiful, informal yet elegant and well-maintained. The menu is simple yet interesting, with a few dishes but very interesting, including some flower menus that are offered regularly. The wine list is beautiful and varied, and the cellar is well-stocked and varied. The food is not only interesting to read on the menu but also to see on the plates and to taste and enjoy. I tried their GNUDI and I must say they are fantastic, then the steak, with a choice of various cuts, was fabulous and melted in the mouth like butter. The desserts were very good. Needless to say, a pleasant discovery.

The steak tartare, SUBLIME! The Florentine steak is top notch. Truly an excellent place, congratulations.

Non inganni il titolo "Trattoria bar". Qua è come entrare in una gioielleria. Carne comunque eccellente, ma ci mancherebbe altro!
