Definition: EVERYTHING PERFECT. Excellent food, a very welcoming atmosphere with attention to every detail. An amazing wine list. Let's just say the word "trattoria" doesn't really apply to a place of this quality. And the hostess was very kind. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area.

Excellent restaurant. The Florentine steaks, locally called bistecche, weigh around 2 kg each. The cuts are exquisite and of the highest quality.
The atmosphere is very elegant and welcoming.
The staff is very kind and friendly. And the chef? Bibo, aka the chef, is excellent and very friendly, with a great culinary background; you can occasionally see him wandering around the tables, around the time the kitchen closes.
I once again congratulate the staff and the chef, who have provided incredible satisfaction to my palate.

An incredible discovery, recommended to all lovers of good food. We arrived by motorbike from Milan and were really hungry, so we pounced on the dishes without photographing them. I'm sorry I can't show them, but pixels are inedible anyway. However, the potato ravioli with white ragù are and are incredibly good. The aromas of the herbs and the scent of the wine enhance the superb meat, which pairs perfectly with the ravioli. Then we had a fillet with potatoes, cooked to perfection, the meat was also amazing, with a rounded, almost buttery flavor, truly incredible. We finished with the tarts for dessert. I may be repetitive, but these were also fabulous. The final treat is the coffee made with a moka pot, which I love because I find it richer in flavor than an espresso. However, you can also choose an espresso. A beautiful and welcoming place, the staff are courteous and professional, certainly people who care deeply about what they do. The products are all carefully selected, from the water to the flour used, to the meat. It's a place I highly recommend and I hope to return soon.

I stopped by alone for a break after a long motorcycle ride. The atmosphere is beautiful, elegant, and well-kept, the staff are friendly, and the food is exceptional! I highly recommend it.

Locale suggestivo ed elegantissimo. Merita non solo la location con arredamento e mise en plate annessa, ma anche la qualità del cibo. Veramente eccellenti i tortelli al ragù bianco, o per meglio dire il ragù bianco e i tortelli di accompagnamento (considerando la quantità di carne nel piatto). Crostata di more servita calda e dalle dimensioni generose. Si spende il giusto considerando il posto e la qualità del cibo.
