trattoria Toscana suggested by a Florentine who told me that the Florentines go to eat at trattoria Baldini, the other places are for tourists... kind and welcoming, they have traditional dishes, excellent quality/price ratio

We live in Varese. And while taking a weekend holiday in Florence, my wife and I found this picturesque Tuscan trattoria. We had a great time! The atmosphere was very friendly and helpful! The food, truly excellent! The very kind waitress! If you go for a tour of Florence, absolutely try this restaurant! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Se você gosta de conhecer um restaurante onde os locais comem não percam o Tratoria Baldini. Fica a 5 minutos de carro, muito perto da Piazza della Republica. Vale muito a pena. A comida é maravilhosa. Comecei com a sopa Straciarella (de ovo) , depois comi um vitelo tonato e finalizei com a deliciosa e fresquinha zuppa inglese. Tudo estava muito bem feito e inacreditavelmente o serviço foi excelente e todos os garçons eram muito simpáticos. Amei, para mim foi o melhor restaurante que eu comi na Itália!

La Bottega a Rosano

29/05/2025: At the Rosano shop, you can breathe the air of Florence, even though you are in the countryside. A few kilometers from Florence we are welcomed in a historic shop, where the products on display at the counter immediately activate the taste buds... cured meats, cheeses, delicacies in oil and sweets all typical and representative of the area. In spring you can eat outside under the large pergola while also enjoying the surrounding greenery. A must-see.
02/05/2025: I have been coming to the Bottega for many years for the quality of the fresh, zero-mile food, for the affectionate welcome and the environment... which puts you at peace with the world. Highly recommended!
