Trattoria Baldini In Firenze

Excellent trattoria. Typical Tuscan cuisine: probably the best Florentine steak I've ever eaten. Professional and punctual service. Rustic yet pleasant atmosphere. Adequate prices. Highly recommended.

I WON'T be back. Last night at dinner, the place was almost empty... We were PRESSURED by the waitress, who constantly tormented us. We didn't even have time to study the menu, which was there like a vulture. We asked her for a couple of minutes, and she didn't move from the table. While we were eating, she rudely removed our plate, and my daughter, who still had a bite in her mouth, was shocked. The quality of the dishes was modest... and their price was not!

The food was outstanding! I had a delicious 1kg T-bone steak — a recommendation from a local who told us this was a great restaurant with fair prices. And he was right! A true Tuscan gem, full of flavor and atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and affordable dining experience.

trattoria Toscana suggested by a Florentine who told me that the Florentines go to eat at the trattoria Baldini kind and welcoming, they have traditional dishes, excellent quality/price ratio

We were looking for typical Tuscan cuisine and this place was recommended to us, expectations were greatly exceeded. The menu is very large and full of choices (especially meat) but we were still served very quickly despite the place being full, compliments to the kitchen for managing so many dishes. Chef Dario came to advise us at the table and we were offered the possibility of having half portions so as to taste more courses, each more worthy than the other. The tortelloni alla maremmana and in general the homemade pasta were memorable, large portions, friendly and attentive service, the bill was even lower than we had expected. Reservations are recommended as they are full even in the middle of the week I often come to Florence for work and I will gladly return to eat here

Eravamo un gruppo di circa 10 persone. Quindi antipasto misto, eccellente. Ribollita e pappa al pomodoro molto buone. C'è chi ha preso una tagliata di cervo e chi la fiorentina. Buona ma l'ho trovata un "nervosa". Per chiudere cantucci con vin santo. Prezzo medio

Trattoria vecchio stampo e già questo ci piace. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti della tradizione eccezionali, personale disponibile. L’unica punto in meno è il prezzo che secondo noi è troppo alto per una trattoria ma comunque è stata una bella esperienza.
