Trattoria a few steps from the station, recommended for both lunch and dinner, with a group of friends you feel very comfortable. The proposals vary from recipes of Italian and especially Tuscan cuisine. The steak was very good and at a very honest price considering the average for Florence. Discreet wine and poured from a very characteristic flask. In the end the bill is decidedly cheap considering the quality of the food.

Vicino al mio ufficio, sono stato per cena con amici. Si trova cosa ci si aperta di trovare in una trattoria: prodotti freschi, cordialità, e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Non averci lasciato lo stipendio è da apprezzare, la bistecca, leggermente bruciacchiata, (può succedere) costa però un punto sul giudizio.

Eating a Fiorentina in this trattoria is truly a unique experience to try, one of the best I've eaten, perfectly cooked, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside! Compliments! All very good, the pappardella with wild boar, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the baked potatoes.
The wine is also good (even if I didn't find the payment per consumption consistent, I drank only two glasses and paid almost the entire fiasco)

I had the pleasure of having dinner, lunch and dinner again at Trattoria Baldini in Florence three times in a row, and it was a truly pleasant experience. Excellent typical cuisine.
On the last day I ate in front of the kitchen and being able to observe the three chefs, Pietro, Dario and Aurelio, at work was pleasant. Dario took my order directly, his advice was perfect: I tried the gorgonzola gnocchi and they were excellent.
Thanks to the good cuisine and good service, Trattoria Baldini in Florence is certainly one of the gastronomic stops to take into consideration. I will definitely return and recommend it!

True Florentine trattoria. Both the meat and the wine are excellent. From the center of Florence you can reach it on foot in about 20 minutes.
