Excellent meal, pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms and meat of excellent quality and very tasty. On the other hand, a little expensive compared to the quantity on the plate, but I recommend it.

Lovely place for dinner with amazing food. This was recommended to us by our local bnb host. Traditional Tuscan food! Worth a visit but make sure to call and reserve.

A small but welcoming environment, perfect service, typical Florentine dishes... shame about the almost stale bread (the only flaw)

We came here at the recommendation of our tour guide and we were not disappointed. We had the prosciutto with melon, the boar sauce pasta, the stuffed rabbit, and the pot roast - everything was absolutely delicious.

Restaurant in the center of Florence, very welcoming. Alessandra an excellent hostess! We had dinner with some friends not to miss grandma's meatballs, fried out of pumpkin, with the real ones cut into exceptional rounds!!!! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Our hotel suggested we try this restaurant and we loved it. Fresh food featuring seasonal stars like ripe cantaloupe, zucchini, mint, and squash blossoms. My teen son wanted to order a second order of his pasta he loved it so much. Excellent warm service from our kind waiter and a beautiful meal.

My partner and I had dinner here on the recommendation of our Airbnb host. After experiencing medium-to-poor customer service at other local restaurants, we were so appreciative of the excellent service at Trattoria Armando. The host and server made us feel very welcome and helped us work around a few allergies. The food was very good too. We enjoyed the eggplant crostini, the tagliatelle with boar, and the veal meatballs in a lemon sauce. All three were tasty and superior to the food we ate at other local restaurants. The only thing that put a damper on the evening was a patron seated at an adjacent table who was very obnoxious - loudly making sexist comments and discussing his sex life in lurid detail. This is not the fault of the restaurant, but it certainly did ruin the ambience and impact our dining experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were lucky to get a table without a reservation. We sat at the only table outside - lovely. Service was excellent. Wine very good . Food - burrata with roasted tomatoes as a shared starter , Veal meatballs and a pot roast for mains - all delicious Highly recommend
