Trattoria Arlati dal 1936 In Milano

For the first time I went to this splendid Milanese temple. Everything tastes of Milan, from the tasty dishes, starting from the appetizers of cured meats, nerves, liver paté..... And from the magnificent risotto with ossobuco!!!!! The icing on the cake is a wonderful Cabaret show (if you understand Milanese✌️). It deserves all the fame that this place has. To conclude, the staff and the owner are exquisite people ❤️

Probably I wouldn't have reviewed because some dishes didn't satisfy us much, a matter of taste obviously, a little disappointed as can happen in other circumstances in other restaurants. My 5 full stars and my positive review is thanks to the Owner, we had the pleasure of meeting him with my partner last night. There you understand what it means to have passion for a job like this, where a transparent, genuine discussion with the customer transforms a bad evening into a promise to return with friends and give it another chance, maybe trying other dishes. Here when you meet people like this, who care so much about their work, you can't help but be amazed and happy to have discovered this place. La Premiata Trattoria Arlati is a true oasis amidst Milan's vast and sophisticated culinary offerings. It combines personalized attention that feels intimate at every table with charismatic service and engaging conversation, almost as if you were being served by old friends with stories to share. The food is simply stunning. The ossobuco risotto stands out for its extraordinary execution: the rice, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, accompanies an ossobuco that melts at the first touch, infused with notes of saffron and butter that melt on the palate like a whisper of Milanese tradition. The wine tasting was another of the evening's great successes. We chose a 2020 Amarone della Valpolicella, an intense, complex wine that perfectly matched the main course. (A small note: yes, we know Amarone is more Veronese than Tuscan, but the choice was so good that any geographical inaccuracy is forgiven.) And the desserts? What can I say... Perhaps the best tiramisu in Milan. Light, balanced, and with that cocoa layer that makes you close your eyes with every bite. In short, Arlati isn't just a dinner; it's a Milanese experience with soul. Perfect for those looking for something more than just food.

Historic trattoria in Milan, risotto with osso buco, a timeless classic.

Excellent food. The ossobuco was exquisite. The atmosphere is unique and the service is very prompt. I appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the owner of the place who told us about the history of the restaurant which was initially a meeting place for workers who finished their shifts from the nearby Olivetti factory. This place was a pleasant surprise.

Everything was great, from appetizers to dessert. Very nice and unique place. Kind and professional staff. Must try!

Come da titolo. locale storico in una zona abbastanza decentrata e anonima della città. Disponibili alcune salette al piano terra +1 sala nel seminterrato Cucina tradizionale milanese e lombarda. Molto buona la materia prima, valido il servizio , rapporto qualità prezzo corretto. Sempre una buona esperienza, consiglio.
