Discovered by chance, it was a delightful surprise!! The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, and the owner's hospitality is wonderful. The food is delicious and carefully prepared. The dishes are delicious, everything is worth trying, from the starters to the main courses to the desserts. Highly recommended.

It's wonderful when you leave a restaurant and feel happy. You're happy because it reminds you of eating at your grandmother's. That's exactly what happened at Trattoria Antonietta in Jesi. You can still feel the atmosphere of a typical Marche trattoria, but it's been updated with modernity. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's very quaint and historic. The warm welcome, friendly service, and attentiveness to the recommendations and explanations of the dishes are a wonderful calling card. The cuisine is simple and honest, typical of the Marche tradition, prepared with top-quality local products. Like the fresh pasta, which is strictly homemade. It's a pleasure to find a new dish every time, as the menu changes based on seasonal ingredients.
The tagliatelle with peas and prosciutto and the passatelli with guanciale are excellent. The roast beef with aromatic herbs and the sliced chicken are delicious. The apple strudel with excellent vanilla ice cream is amazing. The coffee, Varnelli, toasted hazelnut, and chocolate semifreddo are equally delicious. That's happiness!
The crespelle with ricotta, radicchio, walnuts, and Urbino caciotta are also excellent. The marzipan in broth is a dive into the Marche tradition. The guinea fowl in potacchio with chestnuts is also delicious.
The tagliatelle with vegetables and toasted pine nuts and the maltagliati with artichokes and ciauscolo are excellent, as are the honey-caramelized roast suckling pig with aromatic herbs, the salted caramel and peanut semifreddo, and the white chocolate lime and pistachio-crusted semifreddo.

Excellent food, you can savor the old flavors in all their facets, which is like being at your mom's but with a pinch of modernity.
The onion pizza is stratospheric, if you then add the salami and cold cuts you will never have enough.
The homemade pasta dishes are excellent.
Second courses are definitely above average in quantity but above all in goodness!.
Interesting wine list.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Serves delicious dishes. It is a place where the locals like to eat. And so do we. There is always a place available. And if not, make a reservation in advance.

I came to this restaurant with friends and we were very happy to have found it!! We ate passatelli with crispy bacon, courgettes, rocket and toasted pine nuts and tagliatelle with ragù. A fairy tale!! Well done Roberta and all her staff!! Absolutely to try if you happen to pass by Jesi!!

Ho dato 5 stelle perché non è concesso darne di più ma ne avrebbe meritate 10. È da tanto tempo che non esco da un ristorante così soddisfatta, sia per la qualità eccellente dei piatti sia per la cortesia del servizio. Tagliatelle al ragù strepitose, con ragù, come ci ha raccontato la proprietaria, che viene fatto ogni mattina. Tagliere di verdure cucinate in vari modi davvero saporite. Tagliere con salumi locali anche questi di livello altissimo. Dolci fatti in casa eccellenti. Insomma un’esperienza davvero fantastica. Complimenti davvero perché mi avete fatto ritrovare sapori che pensavo perduti. Grazie

Abbiamo trovato per puro caso questo posticino veramente delizioso. La pasta è fatta in casa e si sente!! Vale davvero la pena provarlo,il locale è storico, ci si sente subito a casa appena entrati.
