Clean and welcoming environment
The owner or director and a collaborator: very kind, knowledgeable and sociable.
Unfortunately another was shy and was a bit harsh when talking to us about the menu in an absolutely unnecessary way.

I like being told when there are no dishes on the menu and not finding out when you order. The classic Florentine was delicious, cooked perfectly. The nice and clean environment. The service to review. We waited a long time to order. We had to ask for the side dish, but the worst thing was seeing a waiter have an aggressive attitude towards his colleague. Something noted several times. 1 Florentine steak weighing 1.2 kg, 1 portion of potatoes, 1 coke, 1 bottle of Chianti worth 24 euros. Total 113 euros.

People from times gone by, owners and waiters with a kindness and humanity that no longer exist. The food, expertly prepared, is simply fantastic. Prices more than honest. Keep it up guys...

Excellent restaurant in the heart of San Gimignano with excellent raw materials and professional and super welcoming service. We tried pici all'aglione, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle and chocolate cake. Everything was excellent (even my teenage daughter was won over). See you soon!

Good restaurant. The dishes are tasty and plentiful. I had some pappardelle with wild boar ragù which was very good...homemade pasta...perfectly cooked and with an excellent ragù. Value for money is more than fair. It's definitely more for meat, I saw beautiful ribs and Florentine steaks at the tables. I don't particularly like meat but from the looks of it I would have tried them. Friendly and pleasant staff.

We were looking for a place that had typical cuisine but not tourist/commercial... the wonderful pici all'aglione! Excellent service and cuisine where you can feel your heart. Full five, congratulations! Highly recommended

Recommended by our hotelier for both quality and price, last night we had dinner with an excellent beef carpaccio with gorgonzola sauce and excellent pici all'aglione. We asked the very kind waiter if we could have 1/2 liter of wine, but he replied that it was impossible, either a glass or a 0.75 bottle, so we opted for an à la carte Sienese Chianti wine for €13, but when when we arrived to pay the bill the cost of the wine became €21. I asked the owner why and he told me that on the paper it was 1/2 litre, false! I didn't make a fuss, I looked stupid and paid, but this behavior bothered me a lot, in practice he stole €8 from us... Extremely Incorrect Person
