Excellent fish, splendid tartare, fresh and well-prepared ingredients. The white wine we chose was also good. Thanks to all the staff for their courtesy. I highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly excellent evening at Annarè restaurant! ✨ We had two raw fish dishes, and they were marvelous: incredibly fresh fish, generous portions, and meticulously presented. The oysters (I was amazed by how good they were), the tartare, and the shellfish were perfect, with clean, authentic flavors that spoke for themselves. The restaurant is elegant and welcoming, the staff kind and attentive without ever being intrusive. You can sense their passion for quality and their desire to make their guests feel good. The food here is truly delicious. On a scale of 1 to 10… we ate an 11! 👌🦪🍷 Highly recommended.

Yesterday, for my daughter's last evening in Florence, we took her to Annarè... It's always a pleasure to return for the hospitality and the good fish... I'm crazy about raw fish, and I always find it to my liking here... Each dish is an inebriating experience for the eyes, the aromas, and especially the taste of the sea that brings me back to Sicily... Highly recommended, we'll be back soon 🥰

SPECTACULAR dinner. The venue, chef, and staff are all top-notch. The dishes were carefully prepared and delicious, all accompanied by the kindness and professionalism of the restaurant manager, Alessio. Excellent service from Claudia and Francesco. I recommend it to anyone who wants to dine and make a good impression with family or colleagues. I will definitely be back.

16/01/2026: It's true that booking is difficult, it's always full, and it doesn't accept groups larger than—I think—8-10 people, but I would never dream of penalizing them for this, especially since they apologize profusely every time. Even when they receive compliments from all of us, it's as if it were the first time in a long time (and they receive compliments all the time), and this gives so much value to the individual customer. You can eat very well, but if the human connection is missing, an excellent place is worthless to me. I believe the potato tortelli are the best in all of Mugello, the cured meats are high-quality, often a sore point in even good restaurants, the raw materials are generally high-quality, even the meat in the main courses, all delicious, and the price is excellent. Nice people, excellent restaurant.
