I enjoyed my food, and the service was good. The management isn't what I was used to. The place is more touristy than I was used to. I see it in the customers, the prices, and the portion sizes.

On Sunday evening, in the company of a friend, I happened upon this delightful trattoria, located in one of those alleys near Piazza della Sognoria. The welcome was top-notch; it felt like home, in a simple and refined setting that immediately puts you at ease. The service was the same: attentive and friendly, despite the informal atmosphere. The menu is authentic and local, far removed from the touristy offerings that are now proliferating everywhere. I tried the lampredotto-filled ravioli creamed in a mouth-watering salsa verde. For true lovers of Tuscan cuisine, especially Florentine, this reinterpretation was surprising and exceptional. I will definitely return, perhaps to try the lasagna with game ragù or one of their appetizers with Tuscan cured meats and cheeses. I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience! Friendly, professional, and welcoming staff. The first courses were delicious and carefully prepared, including the Florentine steak and roast potatoes, which were perfect. They were also very good at recommending the right wine to pair with the dishes. I'll definitely be back on my next vacation!

This has always been a delicious, inexpensive restaurant. I visited for the first time in 30 years and the prices were average, and Florence is now overflowing with tourists, so the menu seems to have become similar.
However, the traditional local flavors are unpretentious and I think they are delicious enough. I was given a sheet of paper with today's recommended menu, but the print was too small and I couldn't read it with my presbyopia.
Wild boar stew, braised in wine, without any gamey smell.
It's a little tucked away, so it's a hidden gem.

Awesome Experience. Great food with a little diffrent menu than the other restaurants. Nice service from the waiters, that always knew when your glass was empty or could provide you with fitting recommendations on your next wine bar or after dinner cocktail. I had the amazing butter pasta with black truffle. Worth a visit if you are here

I'd like to preface this by saying that, having worked in the restaurant industry for 35 years, I always have high expectations, so I may seem very critical, but for me, it's more than just a passion, it's also a job.
The atmosphere is in line with a Tuscan trattoria, as one would more or less expect. The staff is young and very customer-friendly. We arrived at 7:10 PM and were immediately seated. The menu included water, bread, and everything you need for the day, taking a maximum of 5 minutes. The dishes arrived at the table at 8:03 PM. The restaurant was at 80% capacity because I looked around while waiting. (Too long.) Let's move on to the food: First note: In my opinion, it was very negative: the food was barely warm. (This is unacceptable because it negates its potential quality.) The peposo was very good, very tender, and well-balanced, but the side dish was salty and almost cold. The wild boar was almost entirely sauce; there was very little meat (definitely an oversight), and since it was lukewarm, I didn't appreciate it as much as I would have liked. The spaghettoni on the menu were actually fettuccine or tagliatelle, not spaghettioni; they were bland and too dry, and not as hot as the rest of the food. A glass of Chianti and a glass of water cost €75, so I'd say that considering the culinary offerings Florence has to offer, especially in the city center, it was definitely not worth the wait.
