Good experience!! Good food!! Friendly staff!! As expected for good restaurants!!

I happened to be passing by, perhaps fate led me here. A very simple yet welcoming place with relaxing music from days gone by. For food, I ordered a first course and a side dish...the carbonara starter was strictly mezze maniche, cooked al dente as per tradition, although I like them a little overdone, with a good creamy sauce and the guanciale could have been cooked more, but that's just a matter of personal preference. For a side dish, I ordered baked potatoes, made simply but with a lot of passion. And finally, a glass of good limoncello. The price was reasonable for what you're served...traditional Roman first courses, and they also do pizza...worth trying again! Yes, why not for a moment of conviviality and tranquility, with good food...friendly staff.

Nice service, good food, value for money

You're not drawn in here like you are at many restaurants in Rome; you look at the menu outside and then decide whether or not to eat. We sat inside, the restaurant looked neat. The food was good; we only had a main course, Bistek with fries on the side (well-cooked, by the way) and a chicken leg with delicious crispy skin and fried potatoes. Prices are reasonable. I gave it a 4* rating for the atmosphere; the lighting was quite bright and could have been a bit less. We had soft drinks.

I ate here today by chance, after having eaten at many places these past few days that didn't leave me satisfied. Trattoria Angelo was a pleasant surprise. The food was very good. I tried the set menu, and if I had to find a fault, it would be that for that price they should perhaps include a dessert. But very good quality at a reasonable price. I recommend it.

I wasn’t planning to eat out, but after getting a bonus from the website (shown in the photo), I thought — why not? Great decision! The pasta was delicious, the portion generous, everything fresh and filling.

Loved it here. Visited Rome for a long weekend, staying nearby and found this place first night. Food was great and not expensive. We wondered how they could serve such lovely food so cheaply! Having tried elsewhere subsequently for a change, which was style over substance we went back a second time and weren't disappointed! I'd certainly recommend it if your in the area.

I would normally not eat in a restaurant that has pictures of the food in the menu but was running to catch a train and this was one of the better reviewed places near Termini. It was one of the more disappointing food experiences during my time in Italy. I ordered the calamari and the batter was very thick and was falling off the octopus as soon as you put a fork in it.

A lovely place to eat. The food was very good and delicious. An excellent customer service was provided. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant next time l am in Rome.

Excellent value for money. We had dinner here more than one night since it was next to where we were staying. We loved it so much and the price was so good that it became one of our go-to places for dinner and repeat. Highly recommended 👌
