The place is not too big, the service is good and the staff are friendly and quick. At lunch the menu for those who go often does not vary much. Booking recommended.

Traditional starter of cured meats with giardiniera. Fried polenta and exceptional melted cheese.
High quality radicchio risotto and truffle tagliatelle. Guanciale a delicate and tasty poem could be cut with the look. Unfortunately, the cut was a flop and at the end it was hard, greasy, difficult to cut, not very tasty and lukewarm.
Unfortunately only one side dish: cooked vegetables
Potatoes in the bacon dish.
Excellent service and price.

I decided to give three stars because, although the quality of the meat was excellent and the first courses were good, I found myself uncomfortable due to an unprofessional situation involving the staff. I had ordered a cut of bavetta, a type of cut that I really like and which, although uncommon in Italy, is well known in South America where I ate it in industrial quantities.... However, the waitress informed me that it was not available , so I opted for a slice of rump.
So far so good, but shortly after I was brought a fillet by another waitress. When I pointed out the error to her, she kindly reassured me that it would be fixed, and I appreciated her willingness to fix the situation. However, a few minutes later the waitress who had made the initial mistake returned and, rather than apologising, began to give me an almost scolding, suggesting that the problem was due to my poor explanation. She told me that I had ordered a "bavetta fillet", an inaccuracy that caused the confusion, but, as I explained to her, the fillet and the bavetta are two completely different cuts of meat and that there is no such thing as a bavetta fillet.
At that point, I tried to reassure her, taking her aside without creating discomfort among the other customers, explaining to her that it is never correct to tell a customer that he "explained himself badly" in such a direct way, especially in a similar situation. The waitress, visibly shaken, later confided in me that she was angry because, when the incorrect order returned, she had been scolded by the owner.
In conclusion, although the ingredients are of quality and the food is good, the management of the situation by the staff was unprofessional and lacking in terms of communication and approach to the customer. An improvement in training and management of the service would certainly be useful.
