12/07/2025: If you're looking for a place to savor authentic Apulian cuisine, as well as a properly made pizza, Belvedere is a must-try.
We started with the house cold appetizers: cured meats, fresh mozzarella, a selection of meatballs, and a frittata with a central pizza.
Then came the first course, the stuffed ravioli, a small masterpiece: well-made pasta, rich filling, and a creamy and flavorful sauce.
...And of course, the grilled meat: sliced with arugula and parmesan, and a mix of roasted meats.
The pizza? Wood-fired, fragrant, with quality ingredients: the dough is easy to digest, and there's a wide selection, including classic and specialty pizzas. It has a similar dough to Neapolitan pizza.
A special mention for the service: very fast, attentive, and friendly. Everything is at the table in a flash, but without sacrificing quality.
Recommended for those who love traditional, authentic cuisine, generous portions, and a properly made pizza.
