Trattoria Alto Salento In Milano

I went back there tonight with a friend of mine, both from Puglia! It was like being at home: the staff was unparalleled in kindness, the intimate atmosphere but above all the delicious food! It was difficult to have to choose, the menu really has authentic and timeless delicacies! I also very willingly took the lunch box home that I will enjoy tomorrow at home, and I never do that! I recommend it, also for the tasting menu to enjoy a trip without the burden of having to choose

What can I say, Pasquale has created a small trattoria that embodies Puglia, from the flavors to the environment, the prices are accessible and the quality of the food is excellent. I really appreciated the potato pie with prawns and cuttlefish, very fresh meat, excellent wine (Cantina Due Palme), everything really delicious.

Se non andate in questo ristorante, non saprete molto della cucina pugliese e salentina. Il cacio ricotta grattugiato fresco e la cordialità con un bicchiere di vino. Spazio piccolo ma non troppo stretto, personale accogliente. Cibo eccellente!

Small and welcoming place, friendly staff and very good food, plentiful dishes. At lunch they have the menu of the day based on what's available on Fridays fish dishes. They accept all types of payments including restaurant tickets.

Ristorante pugliese autentico, dove i sapori della tradizione incontrano l’abbondanza e la cura dell'amorevole cucina di casa. Qui non troverai piatti gourmet impiattati con il righello, ma porzioni generose e sapori genuini, delle domeniche a pranzo in famiglia, da cui non si esce con la fame, anzi, la soddisfazione è tale che non pensi al cibo almeno fino al giorno successivo. Gli ingredienti sono finemente ricercati e freschi nelle zone d'origine dei proprietari: Olio extravergine, semola di grano duro, caciocavallo e ricotta forte, ecc. Atmosfera accogliente – semplice, rustica e familiare. Preparati ad allentare la cintura e a sentirti come a casa di una nonna pugliese che non accetta un "no" come risposta davanti a un piatto pieno!
