On a trip to Milan we were trying to eat Milanese food and instead we came across a Salento restaurant, the owner was very kind and his wife spoke well and told us about her land, she made us relive our holidays in Puglia, what more can I say, our lunch it was a pleasure, well done, if I return to Milan I will come back to you

Excellent restaurant with real Salento cuisine and not the usual Apulian restaurant that recycles itself as Salento. The owner is very courteous, the environment is friendly and relaxed. I highly recommend it.

I'm from Puglia, everything according to tradition. Except for the pasticciotto, lukewarm on the outside and cold cream from the fridge, a biscuit without the typical baked aftertaste of fresh pasticciotto, in short, to be forgotten

Great place! The best food I ate during my stay in Milano. We took the menu and we could taste a large variety of meals, all of them tasty and well cooked. The service was also warm and welcoming. Definitely I would go back there !

Trattoria Pugliese con sapori davvero autentici! Orecchiette con cime di rapa da urlo! Le braciole fantastiche!! Complimenti a Pasquale e Rosa per aver portato i sapori della Puglia in questo ristorantino con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

14/01/2025: Dinner on Sunday 12 January 2025. Ancient tavern under new management in a suggestive environment due to the vaulted ceiling of red bricks and pieces of art, not hot enough. Cuisine in equal measure of sea and land with a wide choice, which goes beyond tradition, not always with balance. One diner chose a starter and fish main course, the other meat with a recommended pairing of wine and shared dessert: good execution, decent quality and taste on the palate, generous portions. Excellent service. Decent quality-price (over €50 each). Certainly recommended. Personally I prefer better raw materials, more sober cuisine, an inn in a farmhouse surrounded by nature.
04/01/2025: Discovered by chance on January 3rd for lunch. The environment is refined and intimate, the service impeccable and the food worthy of note

14/12/2024: I was welcomed into the restaurant with kindness and friendliness, even though I didn't have a reservation. The menu is refined, there are both traditional dishes and innovative dishes. In my opinion, the CBT egg was amazing, the pork fillet with pistachio was very good (I would have liked a little more meat), finally tasty and crunchy homemade cantucci and vin santo. The venue is both elegant and welcoming. Beautiful experience.
