I've been living in Altavilla Vicentina for almost 3 years, and I have to say that of all the pizzerias there, Pizzeria Portamevia is the best. The lady who answers the phone to take your reservation is always kind and helpful. If I could give a tip for anyone who decides to order here, it's the pizza in pala, which is recommended for two, and the dough is thicker than "traditional" pizza. And if I may say so, it's just wow! I was amazed because no one makes a pizza like this in Altavilla!

Three weeks ago, I stopped by with my family (after a long journey from Turkey to France). The welcome was very warm: the team was smiling and attentive to customer requests. We thank all the staff so much. "Courage to you!"

Su consiglio di un amico ci siamo fermati in questa caratteristica trattoria. Ci siamo trovati benissimo provando il menù degustazione valtellinese con l’aggiunta di un piatto di porcini freschissimi. Il tutto accompagnato da un’ottimo sforzato di medio invecchiamento. Conto nella norma. Complimenti anche alla simpatica sig. Anna proprietaria del locale. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

01/02/2026: We were here today at noon and ate typical Valtellina dishes. What can I say: everything was exceptional, from the sciatt to the pizzoccheri to the venison. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only flaw was the desserts: they seemed pre-packaged, and I personally didn't like what I ordered. The place is truly beautiful, with a wonderful view.
