Typical Piedmontese "piola." Good food, and plenty of it. The appetizers never stopped coming. The tagliatelle were excellent with a superb ragù. I'll be back.

An old-fashioned Piedmontese trattoria, superb agnolotti, a quiet yet appropriately lively atmosphere. The host knows his stuff. I'd like to add that everything I ate and drank cost me 15 euros. A sixth star is deserved here for the honesty of these hard workers.

If you're looking for a true, old-fashioned Piola, you can't go wrong at Maria's. The restaurant is classic, the service is excellent, and the food is simply exquisite, using top-quality ingredients and flavors of yesteryear. A true, original trattoria, unlike so many imitations today.

29/08/2025: We had a great time! We had an aperitivo around 7 pm, with two spritzes, peanuts, chips, and some sandwiches for €10. The food was quite good, with the spritzes having just the right amount of alcohol (neither too strong nor too watery). The girl who served us was super kind and helpful!
