If you're looking for a true, old-fashioned Piola, you can't go wrong at Maria's. The restaurant is classic, the service is excellent, and the food is simply exquisite, using top-quality ingredients and flavors of yesteryear. A true, original trattoria, unlike so many imitations today.

Typical Piedmontese "piola." They served us thirteen appetizers, then we stopped for the first course, the agnolotti, which were truly excellent. Wine, fruit, dessert, and coffee for 25 euros. What can I say... excellent value. We'll be back.

28/12/2025: The food is average, nothing special. A humble waiter takes care of taking orders and bringing the food, he does everything himself. The price is reasonable for a restaurant in the center of Turin.
14/11/2025: We had a truly wonderful dinner in the elegant and welcoming interior. We loved everything: the fish was very fresh, the food pairings were excellent, and the wine was also good. The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. I recommend it!
