We went for dinner. We didn't order an appetizer or main course, but we dined on a truly extraordinary Fassona rib-eye steak. The Cabernet that accompanied the meat was excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming and well-decorated... Everything was superb Excellent!!!

First time at Valanghe. The place is very welcoming. The staff is courteous and attentive. The food is good and beautifully presented. The flan is delicious. The grilled meat is plentiful and cooked to perfection. (The sausages are missing from the photo... eat them before taking the photo!)

The food and quality were very good, but the service was a shame: they were too slow to take orders and too quick to collect the finished dishes. Furthermore, some orders were forgotten. The water was a bit pricey because it was filtered: €2.00. Despite this, we enjoyed our meal.

18/10/2025: Excellent trattoria at the foot of the Antro cave. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Natisone Valley. We arrived without a reservation, but they welcomed us anyway and offered us a nice table in the lower room. We started with excellent house appetizers. For our first course, the delicious green gnocchi with hare ragù and the "Minestra di San Martino": an extraordinary mushroom and chestnut soup. I've been looking for a soup like this for years!!! Thanks again to the chef!!! The house wine was excellent. The service was excellent: kind, attentive, and professional. Excellent value for money. We hope to be back soon!!!
26/08/2025: Good food, very quaint place, hidden in the mountains but with a beautiful view. The food was authentic, but I expected more from the dessert.
