Good dishes but lack generosity....

Nice location and delicious food. Had to wait outside for a maximum of 10 minutes before a table for two was available. Smooth operation.

I Lazise we had dinner with 9 people in the restaurant. It was a gamble because you don't know if it was right. But according to the reviews this would be good. And I can confirm the food is good. But also the entourage eat in the nice courtyard. Service is good. The staff is nice and helpful. Speak good English, at least the lady who helped. No waiting for hours for your food. Map is very extensive. And not only with him many types of pizza. But also anti pasta, schnitzel, steak and of course pasta.

Fornuftig mad, men betjening langt fra tilfredsstillende. Besøgte stedet juli 2024. Vi havde ikke fået booket bord, så derfor endte vi her. Der var enkelte ledige borde. Personalet rendte forvirrede rundt. Ikke alle talte ordentligt engelsk. Der gik længe inden vi overhovedet blev kontaktet efter at have fået bordet. Vi bestilte forskellige retter. Maden blev ikke serveret samtidig f.eks kom pizzaen langt før det restende. Betaling foregår i baren. Betjening karakteren 1,5. Maden 3,5.

We visited this restaurant first time in 2013 and we have came back every year we have been in Lazise. 9 years have we came here and some times twice or three times in our vacation. A Family restaurant and very good food and service. If you are in Lazise go to this place for lunch or dinner. We will be back 🤩

Had dinner here on Sunday 7th. This is a lovely spot. Top quality food and service. We sat out the front but indoors is gorgeous too, with a roof of vines. Highly recommend.

Delicious food, in a nice courtyard

Great and sheltered courtyard, we always enjoy coming here. Just a nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff!!!

Very cozy trattoria, in the courtyard you can sit beautifully under a pergola made of vines. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The service was quick and we received very good advice from our waitress! The food is very good! We had smoked swordfish carpacchio and smoked tuna carpacchio. That was absolutely fantastic! Likewise the excellent tortellini, the Scaloppine al Limone was buttery tender! For dessert we asked for a house specialty and so we ordered the pistachio tiramisu. A real treat! This trattoria is a joy! We would like to come again!

We have visited All'Ancora (which we jokingly call Cheap and Cheerful) many times on our visits to Lazise and only once had a poor experience. On our first night this time when we ordered a glass of white wine for Liz and a half litre of red for me I was told by Paloma ( IN A VERY JOCULAR MANNER) that it was unfair for me to drink more than Liz. This started a fantastic relationship with all of the staff, especially Paloma and Raysa who quickly joined in with the fun and laughter. We try to have an unwritten rule that we don't eat at the same place more than twice during our stay but, due to the food and atmosphere we came here 5 times out of the 9 nights we were in Lazise. The food, including meats, fish and pizzas was faultless and the atmosphere was FANTASTIC. Most nights that we visited we had to wait for a few minutes for an outside table to become available, but I would advise that you do eat outside. The outside is a smoking area but both Liz and I are ex-smokers and not once were we affected by fumes from other diners. Overall it can safely be said that All'Ancora made a fabulous contribution to our stay in Lazise and that this review has nothing to do with the bottle of wine presented to us on our last night.
