Excellent cuisine, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent value for money. I returned after a year and the service has even improved, a rare thing for a restaurant. Among the best in Modena. Welcoming place.

We met at this inn for a reunion with childhood friends who hadn't seen each other in 40 years. It was a wonderful evening. We enjoyed the appetizers and first courses. I recommend the pappardelle with wild boar.

Excellent lunch at Locanda Redecocca, a warm and welcoming place. The handmade pasta dishes and homemade desserts are highly recommended. The staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

We came during the week. The place was very welcoming, as was the host. We ate traditional dishes (like tigelle) as well as dishes from all over Italy, such as tripe, ribs, guanciale with mushrooms, and (upon request) a delicious carbonara. Highly recommended!

An excellent Modenese cuisine experience. The tortellini in broth were superb, and the appetizers were excellent. The place was lovely and the people were friendly.

It's worth the detour to stroll along Canal Chiaro. The interesting menu features regional dishes from both Emilia and Tuscany. A pleasant surprise worth repeating.

Agriturismo "I Gelsi"

20/09/2025: I went for an afternoon refreshment for a colleague's retirement. All the appetizers were excellent, including the gnocco and tigelle. The cured meats were truly excellent.
06/09/2025: Farmhouse with lots of greenery available. Ideal for children who can be left free in the park. Tagliatelle with ragù and gramigna are very good, tigelle and gnocco are good..... Very quiet place.
