After many years since I came, the food is still top notch... the food was excellent... everything was perfect... excellent first courses... boiled meat with pearà was delicious... not to mention the desserts... worth trying... the waiting times for reservations are a bit long... it takes a few months... but it's worth it...

I enjoyed simply excellent boiled meat and tripe, prepared with great care and respect for tradition. But what made the experience truly special was the owner's impeccable welcome and guidance. With courtesy, attention, and kindness, he guided us through every decision, making the evening enjoyable and memorable.
All the staff were equally friendly, and the clean and well-kept environment made you feel right at home.
An authentic experience that I can't wait to repeat... next time, to try the breast too!

It's a restaurant we really appreciate. The first courses are very good: tortellini, pumpkin ravioli, and an amazing meat risotto. The boiled and roast meats are delicious, and the desserts, all homemade, are also delicious. Good value.

The boiled meat selection is unbeatable, and the first courses are excellent.
