People are very kind and helpful. Even if they do not have english menu, they helped a lot to explain the menu. Foods are very delicious and fresh. You feel it when you eat it.

We came to this small and rustic trattoria by chance. It was practically fully booked, but the boss made room for us. The menu is manageable, the dishes are very typical of the area and the prices are unbeatable. We had a very nice evening and would love to come back. Thanks

Fish restaurant off the beaten track, on the left side of the Maggiore hospital and not far from Viale xx Settembre. The service is friendly and offers traditional Trieste seafood dishes. The seafood risotto, the pasta with clams and the mixed frying are definitely recommended, but not only that. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Qualità prezzo più che soddisfacente, capitati per caso piacevolmente sorpresi, senza troppe pretese abbiamo mangiato bene, accoglienza cordiale ed educata, i prezzi bassi rispetto ai tempi che corrono, e si mangia - bene. bravi bravi bravi.

18/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining in an excellent Apulian restaurant where traditional cuisine is the protagonist. The manager and his wife were very kind and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant. We enjoyed fresh orecchiette, rich appetizers and truly exquisite meat, all prepared with great care. Also not to be missed is the bulk wine, a Primitivo with an intense flavor and perfect to accompany the meal.
06/05/2025: Excellent little restaurant with real Apulian cuisine run by a very kind gentleman from Barletta. We ate really well, and it is also one of the very few if not perhaps the only place in all of Trieste where a vegetarian can eat! Fresh orecchiette and delicious cheeses. I highly recommend the house starter. The decor of the place is vintage and informal, very nice because it has a genuine and non-touristy feel.
