Excellent food and service. The only downside is that the restaurant is located near the Vicenza sewage treatment plant, so unfortunately, the summer garden can occasionally be filled with background noise from the machinery and/or the smell of sludge treatment.

It's definitely worth a stop!
I've been frequenting this restaurant for decades, and it's always a pleasure to return, especially in the summer: eating in the shade of the mulberry trees creates a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, even when there are many tables, making it perfect for a romantic dinner or a convivial gathering with friends and family.
The cuisine remains faithful to Venetian tradition, with a youthful and contemporary twist. Dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, meticulously presented and flavorful.
The staff is courteous, and wait times are always reasonable.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place, where there's a family atmosphere and truly excellent food.

In the winter, you can dine inside; the place is rustic but with adequate tablecloths. In the summer, you can dine outside, along the river, among the trees with fairy lights. Very beautiful; one evening, a duo even entertained guests with singing and playing music. The food is good, typical Venetian, without any great adventures or innovations.
The food is a bit pricey and the dishes aren't particularly generous, despite the location being very casual.

Their specialty is eel, but apparently from the reviews it's not always available. This happened to us too, as we went specifically to please my father, who had been wanting to eat it for a long time. We only go out for dinner a few times a year because places like this are very expensive for us. The quality is still very good, but the portions could be a little larger. Side dishes and desserts are too expensive for the portions. €6 or €7 for a dessert is a lot, especially if it's a simple sbrisolona (flour, egg, and a few pieces of other stuffing). The location is beautiful, on the riverbank and under the trees. A restaurant for many, but not for everyone.

We had lunch with friends. The restaurant is located near the river. The food was good, with a wide variety from the chef. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
