What a wonderful encounter with Piedmontese cuisine! A wide selection of specialties with distinctive flavors. The agnolotti are famous, the swordfish, ricotta, and lime ravioli are particularly delicious. The tripe is revisited with a slightly fruity recipe... And so on, because I finally went back the next day. That's saying something!

Typical restaurant of Italian cuisine from the Piedmont region, recommended by our hosts, we had dinner at Aldente. A warm welcome, a room for French customers, as well as a menu in French. A restaurant with a family history that makes you want to chat all evening with the boss. The cuisine is excellent, a typical restaurant not to be missed when you go to Turin. The decor is also typical of the northern Italian region. I highly recommend!

Excellent welcome (in French too!). Traditional and regional dishes. Tried the assortment of starters and the rabbit roll stuffed with fig and apricot: delicious. Also veal, beef, pasta. Highly recommended, remember to book.

Poco da dire: strepitoso.
Cordialità, atmosfera ed un’esplosione di sapori piemontesi.
Desideravo mangiare piemontese ed abbiamo trovato aperto il 6 Gennaio questo posticino non distante da dov’eravamo.
Abbiamo assaggiato bollito, plin, cappello del prete e tarte tatin di mele.
Tutto semplicemente impeccabile.

Scelto sia menù fisso che alla carta!
Antipasti del menu fisso graditi in parte, tomino, flan e insalata capricciosa graditi, carne in carpione e verza con bagna cauda risultano gusti un po’ particolari, primi e secondi molto buoni, i dolci fatti in casa eccellenti!
