Excellent local cuisine. Let yourself be guided by the restaurant's owner (for 17 years). The dishes and wines are extraordinary! While waiting for the dishes, her father will tell you stories of another time (design for Fiat). Then you will eat quietly in an authentic setting because the restaurant is not overwhelmed, which is incomprehensible from my point of view. Enjoy your meal!

This is a traditional restaurant featuring the foods of the region. The ingredients were fresh and it was a nice experience to try classic recipes that the people of Turin have been eating for generations. The service is very attentive, which is a plus and the prices are reasonable.

Excellent food, a brief immersion in Piedmontese culture. The €32 tasting menu is also excellent, giving you the option to choose from appetizers to desserts. I may have been lucky that there weren't many people, but the service was quite prompt and friendly. It's not even easy to book, I had to book a few days in advance to find a place. Recommended👌🏻

Tonight we dined at beautiful Aldente. Service, food, atmosphere exceptional. We branched into the unknown for us and tried the tasting menu. Wonderful, authentic Piedmont food, great value ..so glad we came here. Grazie

Perfetto per assaggiare i piatti tipici della cucina torinese, senza spendere una follia. Si può scegliere alla carta oppure provare il menù degustazione. Noi abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Porzioni più che oneste, cucina dal sapore casalingo. Molto buoni anche i vini. Il personale super gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei.

Come ogni lunedì, da quando un amico ha chiuso il suo ristorante, io e Marisa ci troviamo alla ricerca di un posto dove poter mangiare bene chiaccherando. Ieri sera giocando sul telefono è apparso questa trattoria, nasce subito il problema del parcheggio, via delle orfane. ...e invece ci attende proprio nei pressi del ristorante uno splendido parcheggio sotterraneo. Entriamo in trattoria e rimaniamo piacevolmente sorpresi, ci accoglie un signore che poi scopriamo essere il padre di Francesca la proprietaria, Valter, un insieme di Piemonte e Materano che orgogliosamente ci fa notare, molto gentile. Una volta seduti e dopo aver scelto di bere un 1/2 di vino sfuso viste le nuove normative, ci addentriamo nel menu. Le nostre scelte vanno su una tartaten di zucca e porri......ottima e sul bollito...con 5 salse ...... spettacolo come antipasto, un gnocco di barbabietole e salsiccia molto buoni e un coniglio ripieno di patate e castagne anche lui molto particolare e buono. Non ho tradito la mia dieta con i dolci, ma visto che senza dubbio torneremo, per assaggiare magari una trippa o un plin o anche un antipasto piemontese , come il menù anticipa, non è detto che anche un dolce possa ci scappare. Lo sfuso era buono, anche se Francesca ha una buona cantina ed è spinta ad ampliarla da una curiosità che definirei, sbarazzina. Siamo stati bene e torneremo, grazie anche a chi ci ha cucinato e che non abbiamo visto. Grazie davvero......a mi ero dimenticato.....il prezzo. Onesti
