We had a truly wonderful dinner. We had appetizers, main courses, side dishes, dessert, and wine. The meat in particular was tender, well-cooked, and very tasty. The wine was very good (especially the Agnobianco). The place is lovely, and the service was truly remarkable (fast, punctual, knowledgeable, and very kind). Congratulations!

Nice restaurant, good, smiling and friendly waitresses (rare these days) they gave us a free bowl of polenta with mushrooms which wasn't bad, good cured meats, mixed cod which I expected better but lacked a bit of flavour, good lamb ribs which were a bit overcooked, desserts with generous portions but with room for improvement in taste (the nougat semifreddo didn't taste much like nougat and the chocolate salami had too many biscuits) recommended place

I love when a restaurant brings you a little sample of their making while one waits for the food. Polenta with mushrooms. I had the pork ribs. Very tender and tasty, and my partner had the Sorenta filet. The wine was very good.

I tried the pumpkin and truffle risotto. It wasn't bad, but I have to say the truffle hid the pumpkin quite a bit. I had some very good lamb chops, a more than adequate portion. I was surprised by the lack of any side dishes other than a ladleful of polenta.

Dinner with a group of friends on Friday night. Excellent quality in every course, from appetizer to dessert, including the off-menu options, even the wine by the glass (Refosco Friulano).
The choice of dishes is always very difficult; you have to come back to try them all, and it's always worth it!

After years, I finally had the opportunity to eat at the Viscount, and I was very satisfied.
I'm a big fan of Berici Hills truffles, so I opted for tagliolini with truffle and white guinea fowl ragù, delicate and tasty. Then I shared the Prussian rib eye with friends and an excellent selection of wines. Recommended.
