A simple, family-friendly atmosphere, excellent service from Paolo, and a feeling of being at a friend's house. Excellent food, cooked using traditional Venetian recipes. Each day, you choose your dish based on the daily specials; there's no set menu.

Maintaining culinary traditions while staying current is no easy feat, but the "homemade" cuisine is still excellent. The only drawbacks are the small portions, and there are no menus either at the entrance or on the tables... everything is dictated verbally, so you never know how much your food costs... until you go to pay!!! Transparency is important, but here it doesn't seem to be a sin!

23/02/2025: Siamo tornati dopo due anni e location molto bella e curata. Bigoli all'anitra ottimi e molto buono e morbido anche cinghialetto al latte. Frittelle super.
17/02/2025: Siamo stati all’Agriturismo De Bortoli con una coppia di amici che non era mai stata sui Colli Euganei. Incuriositi dalle ottime recensioni, abbiamo deciso di provare questo posto… e le aspettative non sono state deluse! Abbiamo diviso due antipasti, un primo e un secondo, assaggiando così più piatti del menu. Menzione d'onore agli gnocchi di zucca, serviti con un condimento speciale fuori menù a base di oca e pioppini: un piatto semplicemente delizioso, con sapori equilibrati e intensi. L’ambiente è accogliente, il servizio cortese e attento, e la qualità delle materie prime si sente in ogni portata. Perfetto per chi cerca una cucina genuina e saporita nei Colli Euganei. Torneremo sicuramente!

09/11/2025: This is a restaurant I frequented years ago, but returning was a thrill. I found the same flavors and the kindness that's somewhat lacking in other places. The appetizers, the cod risotto were superb...the tagliata al vinegar balsamico was top-notch, and the homemade desserts were top-notch. My family and I will definitely be back. Congratulations to everyone.
