We recently had lunch at Trattoria Al Pescatore and were certainly satisfied 👍. Arriving on site around 1pm 🕐 almost by chance (we passed by while walking 🚶🏻♂️ in complete relaxation during a sunny 🌞 Sunday in October 🍁🍂), we entered asking if there was a free table and, immediately, a waitress 👩🏻 made us sit down. In short we took a look 👀 at the menu 📋 and at the same time ordered a drink (a liter of sparkling 💧 water). In the end we opted for an appetizer (scallops au gratin), two first courses (spaghetti 🍝 with clams and gnocchi with truffle/scampi) and a second course (grilled fish skewers 🍢). To conclude, a strawberry 🍓/vanilla semifreddo and a couple of coffees ☕. Everything really good 😋 and served quickly. The staff members were kind and friendly, the owner in particular was very nice and welcoming 👴🏻. Prices are normal given that the first courses are between 9 and 12 euros 💶, with the fried food 🍤 set between 13 and 15. The decor of the place is simple but refined, which contributes to making it certainly pleasant as a whole. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. The location is strategic given that the structure directly overlooks Viale Miramare, one of the most important city streets. We liked it so I RECOMMEND IT 👍.

Very recommend this place. We stopped by chance but food and service were unexpectedly good. Particular thanx to our waiter, Wook, he was quite nice.)

Superlative fish dinner. I tasted dondoli, typical molluscs, for the first time in my life and they are really good. Baked turbot 10 and praise. Impeccable service. The only flaw was the noise that came from the upper floor (an apartment perhaps under renovation or with very rowdy children...) which ruined the atmosphere a bit.

The only flaw, if we really want to find one, is that there is little space and the tables are very close together, otherwise highly recommended, the fish is really very good.

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Un posto carino e pulito, ottimo servizio, veloce e personale molto cordiale.
Il cibo ottimo, per primo spaghetti alle vongole meravigliosi e risotto di pesce ottimo, porzioni abbondanti. Per secondo calamari ai ferri con contorno di zucchine e polenta e calamari fritti entrambi davvero deliziosi, pesce al forno con patate anche ottimo, dolce tiramisù fatto in casa buonissimo, vino acqua e caffè, prezzi davvero onesti e quindi ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e anche quantità, lo consiglio.

Il locale si presenta bene come sempre, locale pulito ( servizi inclusi ).
Ottima la selezione di vini, personale cortese e menu' tipicamente locale.
Antipasti notevoli come il savor, scampi e calamari al top e un risotto che ti lascia senza parole...
ma... mancava qualcosa...
l' ho cercata con lo sguardo per un attimo dietro il bancone e tra i tavoli...
Con la consapevolezza che non l' avrei mai più trovata...
la cordialità e quel inesauribile sorriso che ci accompagnava sempre durante il pranzo...

Ci ha lasciato non solo un bravo ristoratore ambasciatore della splendida cucina Triestina, ma ci ha lasciato un caro amico...
Uno dei rari ristoratori che ti faceva sentire parte della famiglia, sempre premuroso e attento alle esigenze del cliente.
Oggi ho mangiato e bevuto bene, ma non ho preso l' amaro...
Perché l' amaro lo avevo nel cuore...

Sicuramente tuo figlio saprà' mantenere alta la fama del locale...
