Food is delicious and authentic, nice atmosphere and everyone was so nice. I recommend this place for lunch or dinner. My wife and I will be coming back.

Consigliato dell'ospite della struttura che ci ospitava e, consiglio a mia volta. Il locale alla mano, con cucina a vista e un piccolo dehor all'ingresso. Personale gentile, pronto a consigliare e a rispondere alle richieste. Gesto non dovuto, ma molto apprezzato il piatto offerto per la bambina. Grazie per la cena e se, in futuro, dovessimo essere in zona torneremo a cena.

Lunch in this beautiful trattoria for lunch after visiting the Villa del Casale. The Trattoria is located in the center of Piazza Armerina and can be reached without problems by car in about 10 minutes. Very well prepared classic Sicilian cuisine. We only tasted appetizers and first courses for lunch and the impression was excellent, classic recipes prepared in a delicious way. Very friendly staff: our son ordered too much and they packed up his leftovers for us and we ate what was left over for dinner and it was always excellent! Correct expense, in our case without eating the second course we spent around €20 each, a very good amount for the quality and also for the quantity! Absolutely recommended!

We went, recommended by an acquaintance in the hotel. Located in an alley in the central area, without infamy or praise. The service was fast and courteous, we ordered a house appetizer, a Sicilian first course, a mixed grill, water and local wine, finally a cannoli and coffee. All really delicious, if I really have to find a flaw, the pasta was a little too al dente. Average price, recommended for those passing through.

We arrived almost by mistake but with a lot of curiosity, driven by the numerous positive reviews, not being local we trusted it. Ultimately, it turned out to be a decidedly happy choice. Friendly and fast welcome and service. Delicious dishes: typical and very tasty with a choice of simple but very fresh and seasonal ingredients. Excellent fresh pasta. Personally I also really appreciated the small selection of desserts typical of Sicilian poor cuisine, such as blancmange for example, the inevitable cannoli made with fresh ricotta without chocolate, "old-fashioned", and a few others. I found it a very simple, cute but tasteful choice. Overall very positive experience, I would recommend it and we will definitely return if we are in the area again.
