I can sum it all up in three words: "Local Fresh Fish" and everything on display... not to mention the welcoming service from the dining room staff and the friendliness of the owner, which are the jewel in the crown of the "Il Faro" restaurant... "Being in Sciacca and not going there is a sin!!!!"

An extraordinary restaurant where everything runs perfectly. Everything is made with the freshest seafood. A vast selection of wines. The wait is a bit long. The atmosphere is typical of an old trattoria.

I can say I ate well, quality food!! Amazing red prawns and generous portions, ending with a sorbet and an A+ cannoli. The price was very reasonable for the location and quality. If I return to Sciacca, I'll definitely stop at Il Faro.

We have been here once before and well worth coming back. The food is so good. No complaints at all. Everything was perfect. We spent more because we had wine but the prices were not bad at all. We went at a good time where it wasn’t busy, but I would make a reservation just in case.

Ho scelto la trattoria Al Faro per il mio compleanno, scelta decisamente azzeccata! Abbiamo optato per un delizioso Menù con vari manicaretti come antipasti, un primo con vellutata di cozze e patate, una frittura di paranza con merluzzi, triglie, cappuccetto ed il gambero di Sciacca, servizio impeccabile, tutto 10 e lode, complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante al porto di Sciacca interamente al chiuso. Cena a base di pesce con piatti classici. Buona qualità del cibo e del servizio

29/11/2025: UNFAIR AND UNFAIR. Because the owner suggested I try the tonnarello allo scoglio. Foolishly, I listened to him, and from that moment on, nothing has been the same. Now I'll never be able to eat another first course in any restaurant again for the rest of my days. Now I find myself having to deal with an addiction problem that I don't know how to solve. It's not done. Make the tonnarello allo scoglio good, but not like this, for goodness' sake. This is too much. This isn't normal. Even the girl serving tables is delightful. Everything is wrong with this place. I feel like a victim, see you in court.
23/11/2025: Fried moscardini and stuffed pumpkin flowers😍... everything makes you want it. Simple and good. Nice atmosphere. Fair prices. I recommend.

19/09/2025: Excellent coffee shop and terrace restaurant. The family managing it this summer was so kind, friendly and welcoming. They made you feel like a part of their family :) Always so cheerful and smiling. I ate here every day during my trip to Follonica and cannot wait to come back next year. The food is delicious and service is excellent. The views of the beach, especially at sunset, are the cherry on top!
27/08/2025: I was there on vacation alone, and the entire staff made me feel like part of the family! They spoiled me, pampered me, entertained me, and fed me wonderfully. I've never had such a welcome anywhere! The restaurant is run by the most cheerful and colorful family I've ever met! I had a wonderful time in their company; they are fabulous, and their dishes, mind-blowingly delicious! I'll always have wonderful memories of them all and those delicious paccheri! Thanks guys, I'll never forget you!!! Fantastic!
