Typical Friulian place and very clean. The kind lady. No written menu or a blackboard with the dishes of the day and prices. Open mineral water. Bread not fresh. Barley and beans tasteless. The frico had so much onion that it completely covered the flavor of the cheese and potatoes. Good polenta.

A magnificent restaurant to go back in time and try old-time Friulian foods and modern delicacies! Worth it for anyone passing through Pagnacco!!

We always drive past and have never stopped…. Until now. I honestly believe we have a found a little gem. Quaint, quiet and traditional. Service is amazing, there is no menu, the hostess reeks of the fresh food they have prepared and you pick what you want. We had homemade pappardelle pasta with mushrooms, gnocchi al ragù and lasagna al radicchio. Followed by frico and cake. It’s was all beautiful and very tasty. The whole atmosphere was brilliant. The big fireplace was crackling away behind us and the walls adorned with beautifully cleaned food moulds. It’s a place you must visit and a place I will be recommending to everyone. Side note. There are lots of vegetarian options but perhaps this was just the luck of the day. And loads of parking.

A real old-fashioned Italian trattoria👌 we were served by an older lady who didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly 😌 we didn't get a menu, the lady only asked what kind of spaghetti we wanted. We ate Bolognese ragu spaghetti, which was very delicious, with cheese an excellent choice 🤤 there was no need to complicate the matter. As an appetizer, we received locally made bread and crisps. The whole restaurant is cozy, if only because of the nice server lady. I recommend anyone who comes here to stop by, you won't be disappointed. 🙂 We didn't drink coffee, but based on the aromas, it can't be a bad choice either.
