Trattoria Al Cjavedal In Pagnacco

A real old-fashioned Italian trattoria👌 we were served by an older lady who didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly 😌 we didn't get a menu, the lady only asked what kind of spaghetti we wanted. We ate Bolognese ragu spaghetti, which was very delicious, with cheese an excellent choice 🤤 there was no need to complicate the matter. As an appetizer, we received locally made bread and crisps. The whole restaurant is cozy, if only because of the nice server lady. I recommend anyone who comes here to stop by, you won't be disappointed. 🙂 We didn't drink coffee, but based on the aromas, it can't be a bad choice either.

In fact, the fogolâr is inevitable, surrounded by a very respectable collection of copper utensils, aesthetically appropriate and consistent with the atmosphere. "Vocal" menu focused on very local land proposals, presented with simplicity but also with care and dedication for the benefit of taste. Account more than correct. Ideal situation for Sunday reunions in a small culinary compendium of Friuli. Don't miss it!
