Nice welcoming place in a welcoming village, appetizer of cured meats and fresh cheeses, very good tortellini in broth, not like I make it, I'm from Emilia, made with a different filling but not for this bad, on the contrary good... kind, smiling and fast

A nice little traditional trattoria. Good food at a good price. Back again (6/09/25). Had a lovely pizza 🍕 and beer 🍺. Was nice and relaxing and had a nice atmosphere. Staff helpful and friendly as usual. Will be back for sure. 👍

I stayed at the hotel here, I ate at the restaurant. The service was fantastic and the waiter went the extra mile to make us happy. The food tasted great and was 4/5 the atmosphere was nice and quiet, a little low noise but not more than you could easily talk to. We ended up buying 2 liters of wine for 3 people. We have been here again. And had pizza. It was a bit busier today but the wait was okay.

The rooms are a little dated, but functional and comfortable. The food is good, simple, and homely. The service is excellent, with very kind staff who are always attentive to our needs. Thank you so much!

A top-quality restaurant, serving traditional Mantuan cuisine with incredible flavors! Friendly and attentive service. We tried the polenta with cod and highly recommend it!

Tortelli & Friends

28/02/2026: We had lunch during a visit to a pottery market near Palazzo Te. We tried it nearby, tempted by the name (craving tortelli!)... the service was nice and friendly, and the tortelli were good, but a little small, unlike the fried bites we had as an appetizer, which were over the top but still good. I expected the atmosphere to be different... it seemed like a place for groups of people at a lakeside trattoria (wooden benches and beer posters), but overall the kindness of the owners made us feel at home :-) so for me that makes up for it all.
05/02/2026: Near the stadium, we find this pub/restaurant for true Mantua fans. The atmosphere is casual and incredibly welcoming, perfect for a quiet evening with friends or family. You'll immediately feel at home. The cuisine is truly excellent, with well-prepared and flavorful traditional Mantua dishes. But the real highlight for me was the gratin: a dish I could eat morning, afternoon, and evening without getting tired of! Truly irresistible! The quality-price ratio is also excellent, and the service is friendly. Highly recommended if you're in Mantua and want to eat well in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere.

09/02/2026: Renovated with a beautiful veranda, amazing pizza, excellent service, friendliness, and a family atmosphere, these are the cornerstones that have made this restaurant, like the other one, Chalet Te, a historic landmark in Mantua.
