We ate well and homely, the dishes were plentiful and everything was very good. The environment is a bit dated but if you're looking for a casual place and if you want to eat (no small portions from a cool place) you'll be fine at Buso. I will go back without anything else

I gave 5 stars to the environment.... I took a trip back in time... In the trattorias of my childhood... I like the approach, simple but effective menu, delicious meat and good side dishes. Simplicity in the best sense. Well done! To return!

09/05/2025: The best place to eat on your lunch break! Impossible to be disappointed... excellent quality food with very fresh products, heartwarming sandwiches and an excellent selection of bubbles! In the bathrooms you won't find a hair on the floor, they are so clean!!! 🔝 absolute in everything!!!!
