Excellent restaurant close to my house. From the outside, I thought it was a run-of-the-mill trattoria, but it's actually a refined place, perfect for sharing with friends or as a couple. A good selection of meat dishes and an excellent wine list.

Upon arrival, a welcome glass of rosé prosecco. Then we continued with spectacular beef tartare and carpaccio, before moving on to Mrs. FIORENTINA, who, as an expert taster, left me speechless. EVERYTHING EXCELLENT. COMPLIMENTS TO THE STAFF AND THE OWNER. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN DURING THE WEEK. RATING 10!!!!!!!

We had the pleasure of dining at the "Ai Tre Fuochi" restaurant, and the experience was absolutely excellent in every way. The service was distinguished by its professionalism and attentiveness: the wait staff was always helpful, polite, and courteous, helping to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The dishes were of excellent quality, with meticulous attention to presentation and flavor. The kitchen offers seemingly simple dishes, yet crafted with great refinement and flavor, surprising with their balance and sophistication. Another highlight is the dessert, especially the house-made tiramisu, a must-try. It was light and delicate, never overdone, with a perfectly balanced texture: the ladyfingers remained fragrant and easily discernible, avoiding the overly soft or "mushy" effect typical of some versions. A refined finish that perfectly completes the experience. Overall, a restaurant I highly recommend to anyone seeking a high-quality gastronomic experience, accompanied by impeccable service.

On March 28th, I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant for the first time. For the food and service, I'd give it 5 stars, and the price was fair. I gave it one star for the atmosphere because, at one point, a group of 25-30 very rude people arrived, having been seated in the same room as me, and their attitude ruined my evening, forcing me to leave earlier than planned.

A welcoming atmosphere, halfway between a wine bar and a grill restaurant! All sorts of bottles are displayed in full view, along with the meats aging in special aging rooms. Traditional dishes, reimagined, in my opinion, to offer a new experience even to those who've tried many... All this at a reasonable price for what you're enjoying. So, it's no surprise that a Florentine steak or some other fine grilled cut easily exceeds the €40/person limit. Impeccable service: the waitress was kind, efficient, and unobtrusive. In a word: delightful!

Simple but charming place, the food was a cut above many other restaurants. The meat was truly delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. They also took great care in gluten-free options. They brought me bread, and I was even able to have the gluten-free tiramisu. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

So, let me start by saying that, being a picky eater, I'm very attentive. The waitresses are smiling and kind, and very good at giving advice. The place is well-kept, both clean and aesthetically pleasing. The meat is delicious, cooked by those who know how. It's a shame, only 5 stars. You deserve more. Keep it up. Finally, they're quick to handle orders. Highly recommended.
