I visited Ristorante Bersagliere in Verona and had a truly enjoyable experience on many levels. I'll start with the food: simple, authentic, and made just right. The pasta e fagioli (pasta and beans) deserves a special mention—perfectly creamy, flavorful yet balanced, with that authentic taste of home cooking done right. It's a warming dish that immediately makes you understand that tradition is taken seriously here. The rest of the menu is also well-curated, with well-executed traditional dishes and satisfying portions. A great added bonus is the staff: friendly, helpful, and above all knowledgeable. They don't just take your order, they also know how to describe the dishes, explain the ingredients, and offer recommendations with passion and expertise. You can sense that they care about the customer, but without being intrusive—in fact, they manage to create a familiar and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is very distinctive: walls adorned with photos, objects, and references to the world of music that give it a strong and original identity. It's not your typical "anonymous" restaurant, but a place with personality, where every detail contributes to a warm and lively atmosphere. There's a truly wonderful energy. Given the Michelin recommendation, I expected much more. The grilled meats were good, but the pastissada was bland. Service was rather slow and unprofessional (two dishes, then five minutes for the other three at the same table). Good selection of local wines. Pleasant atmosphere.

This was amazing! I only ate a Pasta and drank a wine, but both were amazing! Also the whole Team was really nice the entire time (even though I didn’t order much). Honestly 10/10, would always come back!

We had dinner with the family and the food was excellent. The restaurateur, or as he calls himself, "Oste," is a man who loves his job and welcomes guests with elegance and friendliness. Highly recommended.

The menu isn't extensive, but it's big enough to satisfy everyone's tastes. Dishes are well-cooked and made with high-quality ingredients. One of the last times, however, I found the bigoli a bit bland and flavorless. The service is friendly and professional. The place is quaint and well-kept.

This place was lively and busy, so recommend a reservation. Food was delicious with minimal vegetarian options of course. Quick and good service, huge wine list and interior is quite authentic
