We love this trattoria run by Matteo and Esther. For years, it's been a little piece of home for us on Lake Garda. Don't expect perfection down to the last detail, but the food is fantastic – thank you, Esther – and the Italian hospitality is truly warm – thank you, Matteo. The trattoria is packed every evening. Not with tourists, but with the locals who live here and appreciate it time and time again. Just like us. At first, it was also unusual for us not to have a menu with prices. But this is practically a house specialty, and we hope it stays that way. The value for money is definitely excellent.

I was there for the first time and the experience was definitely positive. Matteo, the owner, is truly great, and the staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. The first and second courses, especially the meat ones, were excellent. The appetizers were average. If I had to make a personal comment, Since there's no menu or wine list, it's unclear how much you'll spend.

A wonderful discovery! From the moment we booked over the phone, Matteo was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The restaurant is well-kept and clean, with a splendid view of the Custoza hills, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. We started with some truly delicious appetizers, followed by an excellent pumpkin tortello, prepared with great care and with an authentic flavor. But the real star of the evening was the Fiorentina steak: simply exceptional! The meat was of the highest quality, perfectly aged and cooked to perfection. Kudos to the entire staff for their hospitality and the quality of their food. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

What a great family place with homemade pasta and more. The food was amazing delicious and service was above and beyond. We felt us very welcome. I strongly recommend to try the white wine made on the grape which has the same name as the town. Highly recommended.

I have been more than once and always on Target. I had caccio e pepe and Fiorentina with a bottle of wine,! A++ I will come back surely.

A family What can I say? I'm biased, as a longtime customer of this restaurant. But when you want good, authentic food and a sense of homeliness... This is one of those places to stop. Like the madeleine for Proust, sitting at the table brings back memories of family meals of the past, with homemade lasagna, freshly picked mushrooms... homemade desserts, and good wine... And every time, the menu is a surprise, with the welcome that makes you feel right at home.

We dined at Colli Storici and had a truly delightful experience. The restaurant is beautiful, well-maintained, and well-decorated, with a splendid window that allows you to enjoy the view outside while you eat—a detail that makes everything even more relaxing. The staff deserves a special mention. The young woman who has been there for many years was impeccable: polite, knowledgeable, smiling, and always attentive. The other young staff members also exuded a sense of serenity and harmony. When you enter a place and sense a positive atmosphere among the people working there, even lunch or dinner becomes even more enjoyable. The owner is a special person in the best sense of the word: authentic, interesting, and you can tell there's a passionate project behind this place. The choice not to have a paper menu at the table is highly original: they tell you everything that's available that day, creating a more direct and personal connection with the customer. The only constructive criticism concerns the prices: since there are no signs either at the table or outside, you're a bit "blind" eating. Personally, I was afraid of a surprise at the end, but instead I ate very well and spent a fair amount, so it was a pleasant surprise. However, greater transparency on prices, at least outside the restaurant, would certainly be a wise and appreciated choice. That said, I can only congratulate the entire team. When I return to Custozza, it will definitely be a regular stop.
