The place has an authentic atmosphere, one that makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The service was excellent, very friendly, and offered excellent recommendations. The pasta was delicious, with that artisanal touch that you can taste from the first bite. Everything was beautifully served and cooked to perfection. I found the prices reasonable, considering the quality and service. Overall, a very pleasant experience that makes you want to return. Ideal for enjoying well-prepared Italian food and friendly, uncomplicated service.

Really the best food I’ve had in Italy , never mind Sicily. Let them choose your anti pasti based on how many you are. Then take a pasta or main each. I had swordfish stuffed rolls. With pistachios. One of the most delicious and beautiful meals I’ve ever eaten… and I’m 50

I Cascinari is always a guarantee: excellent food, very friendly and fast service, and a very reasonable price for the amount of food. The Sicilian cuisine is always recommended.

Ho cenato 2 mercoledì fa in questa tradizionale trattoria, e la consiglio per la qualità nella semplicità dei piatti proposti. Le pietanze sono perlopiù quelle tipiche della cucina palermitana, le porzioni sono giuste e il personale è davvero gentile. Il nome del ristorante ricorda una realtà terribile del passato vissuta dagli abitanti della zona fino agli anni sessanta, quindi oggi per fortuna completamente conclusa, e questa trattoria invece simboleggia qualcosa di positivo per la zona nel presente e nel futuro.

Quando mi va di mangiare come se fossi a casa , con i sapori che mi ricordano la cucina di mia madre, il posto con certezza è solo uno I Cascinari.
Qualità sempre al top, vi consiglio di provare la caponata di carciofi… sublime.
Ah dimenticavo da non perdere la loro pasta fresca cucinata e condita in qualunque modo, dalla salsa e mozzarella di bufala, passando per il nero si seppie, ma fermandosi al pesto di sparacelli ( il nostro broccolo Siciliano)
